Really happy with the iPhone X. Difficult to say it is refurbished. It was delivered in 1 day and comes with 2 year warranty. Would recommend Mobico for anyone looking for a good iPhone

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 Gb for my wife as a present. On the site it was marked 'als nieuw'. And I was hesitant because I thought "you can't get a used something 'as new'. But then the phone arrived and I looked at it carefully and there were no scratches or any usage marks. Hooray! Another point of worry was the address that I misspelled during the order. So I managed to reach the customer service of Mobico per telephone and they fixed the house number. Imagine the phone arriving at house number 33, not 3! Anyway, that also went well. The package is marked as 'aangetekend' but the postman didn't ask me to sign or show id - that's PostNL problem and also Corona-maatregelen. The price for the phone is the lowest I could find for a refurbished phone. Nice! But most importantly I get 2 years guarantee. It's not something I would get on marktplaats. So, all in all I'm very happy. My wife too. She will have to get used to the new swipe actions. No home button, diagonal swipes. This phone has such a big nice screen. Can't wait to see some pictures made by my wife. Thanks, Mobico.

Ik heb honderden euro's bespaard voor een telefoon met enorm veel opslagruimte! Kwam de volgende dag met een glazen screenprotector al aan, koptelefoon, een oplader, etc. Voelde net als het uitpakken van een nieuwe iPhone van Apple! Denk niet dat ik ooit nog een gloednieuwe telefoon zal kopen - Mobico is de juiste keuze.

I saved hundreds of euros for a phone with a huge amount of storage! Came the next day with a glass screenprotector already on, headphones, a charger, etc. Felt just like unboxing a new iPhone from Apple! Don't think I'll ever buy a brand new phone again - Mobico is the way to go.

I bought an iphone xs in november, it arrived in a few days (a little dirty but okay). I love the phone itself but the battery health is 88% and the headphones don’t work at all😞. People working there seem nice, reply politely and quickly and will hopefully replace my battery if it stops working properly.
UPDATE: After a few days I noticed also spots inside the cam which made my pictures blurry and darker in some spots. The phone died completely after being in touch w a few drops of water (it should be waterproof, but when i took it to a repair shop, it was confirmed that they didn’t install the screen properly)🥲

Good and speedy service. The phone arrived the day after I ordered it and so far is working perfectly. As described there are minor aesthetic damages to the casing, but only to the side (around the charging plug, the speakers a bit) but nothing beyond general ware and tear. The screen is in perfect condition and it came with a screen protector and case. All in all a good experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a phone that doesn’t need it to be brand new.

I purchase the refurbished iPhone XR 128 gb with light signs of use from Mobico. This is my first refurbished phone purchase and my experience with Mobico has been excellent!

The phone arrives on time and after examining for sign of use, I could only find a faint scratch on the front glass that is visible when the phone is turned off and viewed at an angle. The battery is also healthy at 91% maximum capacity.

At a 31% discount of a brand new phone, the purchase makes a lot of sense and I believe this phone will be in used for many more years. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend Mobico to others :)
