No clear info before purchase, chaos after payment. They asked for ID photo only after I paid. The upload link didn’t work.
Support ignored me for hours. They generated fake charges, kept asking for data I had already sent, and delayed the order again and again.
I had to cancel everything just to end the nightmare.
Total mess, total waste of time. Never again.

NEVER AGAIN
I ordered an Internet + TV subscription for Ziggo through Mobiel.nl, which was advertised with a €10 bonus and one year of free Disney+. Unfortunately, none of these promised extras were delivered. Ziggo informed me that Mobiel.nl failed to provide the necessary customer data to activate the offer. Meanwhile, Mobiel.nl claimed I hadn’t selected the promotion—despite clear indications to the contrary during the purchase process.
The lack of transparency and accountability between the two companies left me frustrated and without the benefits I was promised. This experience has completely eroded my trust. I won’t be ordering from Mobiel.nl again.
