Received an error when ordering, yet payment was taken. Their website contact form is not usable and throws and error also, with no-one answering their phone number.
Still trying to get confirmation of if my order was received or whether I will get a refund. Frustrating.
Just attempted to pay for a phone case and the payment was made but the order didn't go through (card id error). Attempted to contact them using their website but got another error (Incorrect authentication data). I did get a confirmation email 2 hours later but was not a good experience.

Got a leather case for my samsung A54 which arrived next day as promised. The case was as described, the only thing was I wanted a black colour which they did not have. I would shop there again.
Ordered a case for my Samsung Galaxy S23+, it arrived and was clearly the wrong size. Despite the packaging stating S23+, the case was for a S23 Ultra. After several emails I returned the item, requesting postage be refunded also, as they had quite obviously supplied a case which didn't fit my phone. They only refunded my delivery postage, leaving me over £4 in return postage out of pocket, I will never use them again. I subsequently bought a case from Mous, the difference in quality of product and service is night and day
