I would have put 5 stars if it was good like days before now you do bring more survey and say its now closed out of 5 survey you will get zero please fix this, lam not enjoying it like before

2024-07-10 13:47 and still no payment of refund to my account . Have written to customer support after waiting more than a month and several further times without any reply or even acknowledgement of receiving the emails. Had successful payouts in the past but obviously they have halted payouts but still publish surveys to complete . Just to warn other prospective people that you will waste your time without receiving the rewards.
EDIT :More than a week later after reading and replying to this review and still no correction or payout from them

I have been a happy member of morbiworkx for a long time now.However,I'm a little worried at the rate at which they send out payouts. In the past it never took too long but nowadays it takes up to a week.Kindly morbiworkx check on that!

i redeemed my points for airtime on the 04/09/2024 and to date i have not received my airtime, what a disappoitement!!! i'm also participating in other surveys and i redeem my points and it takes 2 days to be refunde.. it's been a month since i've been waiting for my airtime.. what is going on seems like a scam!!!!

I have been trying to redeem my credit and MobiWorkx has been refunding my rewards back to into my account. Will like to know what is happening, why is my phone number not been credited . This just repeated itself today 17/09/2024. How can this be rectified

I have been a panelist for years without any issue regarding surveys or payout. But in 2024,i seem unable to redeem my payout request of airtime. On 24/05/2024,my payout was not sent nor was my account refunded. Several attempts were made by me to lodge complaints but I couldn't get any feed back,then on 05/09/2024 another payout was deducted and am yet to get it. I tried again to complain but there is no response either by mail or zendesk. Pls what's going on?
UPDATE!
I have been credited with my rewards and the previous reward refunded back to my dashboard by Mobiworkx on the 12th of Sept 2024. I got a response and the issue was rectified and resolved. Thanks a lot I really appreciate your response.

I've been doing mobiworkx surveys since 4years ago and it was good BUT this time it's like they don't want to pay me my rewards. It's been two weeks and I've logged complains to them but still no payment was made to my PayPal account. After raising the threshold to withdraw, I still made it to 12.5 and yet now I'm begging for my payment 😭. They said 5business days but now it's been more than 10. I don't know what to do. Help!.

I had some technical difficulty, they replies w instructions to reset password, but the OTP pin never came via SMS and when asked to resend said am out of chances. I mailed the help desk got the usual generic reply and expecting it to however many working days etc. They resolved it that same afternoon. Thank you.

Mobiworkx is the first survey platform I've used that actually paid me. Their surveys are very easy and pay is equivalent to the task unlike other platform that takes much of your time with very low pay.
My only issue with them is that I rarely receive surveys sometimes it takes 2 to 3 weeks to have enough survey that ends you just $4.
Best beside that, every thing else is very okay.

I was getting a lot of surveys and was able to reach $12.25 only left with $0.25 to cash out, that's when rhe nightmare started. Everytime I try to log in the app it opens to a survey qualifying question that when I choose and press next it does not go further and I have sent multiple emails but they are not resolving my issue and its been a months now. I'm unable to complete any other survey because there's a survey that seems to be stuck it does not work hence I cannot cancel it. Help
