I was unsure of which custom cable to order. Carrie verified I bought the wrong one, refunded the order and sent me the link to the correct cable! She was very helpful! I definitely recommend doing business with this company

I placed an order by ordering 3 sleeved cables, having an SFF case I thought it was better to get them in silicone as they should flex better, I wrote an email to support, they kindly sent me the silicone version, fabulous assistance.

CUSTOMER SERIVCE IS KING. Ended up cancelling an order after asking a few questions, wasn't sure if it was the correct item I needed as I was mixing it with another custom item. Decided to cancel and reached out, the chat came back within a minute(insane) and were not only helpful as far as compatibility but were able to refund me almost instantly. Considering refunding all my other custom buys and buying everything here instead, customer service is INSANE and I will be returning because of it.

Customer service accommodated a change in my order for a specialty cable. They were quick, friendly, and they sent me logs of all the customer service chats for my records. I am interested to see the quality of the product and their shipping times, but their customer service is top-notch

Moddiy tried to slap on a hidden fee when cancelling my order. On top of that, it was troublesome to communicate with the customer service. While chatting it felt like they were stalling. For example, when I asked for clarifications on how to proceed with a refund, the chat was abandoned on their end in the middle of it

I don't say this often, but the customer service, expertise, and over all experience with modDIY have been absolutely amazing. There's no doubt that I will, without question, use them in the future for any and all cable needs that I have. If you have not already, I would highly recommend using them for yours as well

Great quality cables and exceptional customer support. Received the wrong item, however the support was great enough to send me new one free of charge, and allowed me to keep the wrong item.

My modDIY.com experience has been truly excellent to say the least. They worked on my custom power supplies as soon as possible and the communication was fantastic. I accidentally gave them the wrong model of power supply and their customer service quickly resolved the issue. I am a very satisfy customer and recommend them for any custom cables on your rig. Lost a pcie 8 pin connector and I wasted 3 days of my life calling every electronics store in my area, writing emails to the manufacturer, posting on forums, and scouring online sources such as newegg, ebay, heck even the rosewill website, and got nothing but crickets. I find MODDIY, send a message through their chat, and boom! I have what i need being made specifically for me. I wish i would have found this site on day 1.
