I can't rave enough about Extension in a Box! Our experience with this product/company was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, it exceeded our expectations in every way.

First off, the build time was incredibly speedy. We were amazed at how quickly our extension came together compared to traditional construction methods. We had quotes for tradional build for a rear extension and build times were long due to poor access and our property being situated on a slope. Not only did it save us time, but it also saved us from the mess and stress typically associated with building projects. Extension in a Box proved to be the perfect solution. Its modular nature allowed for easy transportation and installation, eliminating any accessibility issues we might have encountered with other methods.

A huge shoutout to Luke and his amazing team. They were an absolute pleasure to work with – trustworthy, friendly, professional, and hard-working every step of the way. Their expertise and dedication propelled our extension and renovation project forward with ease.

This product in my opinion is game-changer, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Luke and team, for making our dream space a reality!

We used MBD to replace our glass conservatory roof with a Leka insulated roof in the hope that it would make our conservatory stay warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. The new roof has far exceeded all our hopes and has made living in the house much more comfortable all year. Luke and the team were very efficient and made every effort to ensure that the rest of the house was kept dust free during the build, and they did a good job of tidying up in the garden afterwards too! I recommend MBG and the Leka roof system to anyone who finds their conservatory more like a fridge every winter and an oven in the summer - it will become your favourite place to spend time all year.

We used MBG to build our kitchen extension. It was a very large steel framed extension with very large amounts of glazing but Luke and Joley put us at ease with their meticulous planning.
Our decision to use MGB was based on wanting to go for a modular build system so that our extension could be done as quickly as possible and knowing that a traditional brick-build would take double the amount of time and cost 25% more, the modular option was incredibly attractive.
We had a huge amount of questions but Luke was incredibly patient with us, understanding that we were putting our trust in him. He always responded quickly, even at the weekend and evenings when we never expected him to! His passion for his business and customer care is second to none.
The building team, lead by Terry, couldn’t have been better. They were incredibly polite, thoughtful and accommodating and a pleasure to have on site every day.
We were working at home throughout the 6-week build and the guys were very considerate.
It was a joy to watch the speed and skill of the team as well as the high standard of work. The rate at which the extension took shape and was completed was so impressive and the other trades people we used to complete our kitchen were astounded to see it.
Luke and Joley were also very good at communicating not only with us, but our additional contractors who would be starting work after the extension shell was completed. We were so appreciative of how easy they made our experience.

I would be only too happy to recommend Luke and the team. Our experience was first rate and our finished extension has exceeded our expectations, it’s just beautiful.
