The band I ordered was out of stock, Molequin reached out immediately, I suggested an alternate band and they acted on it immediately without an additional upcharge. I love the new band!

Everything went great

Everything went great!
The strap was sent quickly, the shipment took only a few days to be delivered, the quality is beyond my expectations and the color matches my watch perfectly!
Will definitely order more straps in the future ;-)

Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere

Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere. I placed a “made to order” strap and, each time I followed up, I was given a new expected date. The delivery timeline keeps getting pushed back by months. And after all that, they have the poor customer service and poor judgment of asking for fees instead of waiving them. Just go somewhere else.

When many brands offer similar products, reliability matters. Repeated delays like this are how companies lose customers and go out of business.

We are always looking to improve our MTO service and is one area that we are constantly looking at - managing timelines on custom products is tough and as we offer one of the quickest and cost effective solutions in the industry it is an area that is growing very quickly and we will inevitably have teething problems as it expands.

You even didn‘t give me an answer

You even didn‘t give me an answer, your sizing guide was not correct and that‘s why you made me order wrong, plus i had to pay 15€ for the return!!!! Now i am waiting for my money back. I am not happy at all..

Good refund policy

I ordered a watchband but didn't like the color at arrival, it's always difficult to see the right color on a webpage picture. I returned the delivery and got refunded immediatly.
I find this very important, i will order again in future

Hello,

Hello,

I am not satisfied with the parcel tracking process, nor with the performance of your delivery service, nor with the delivery time.
In addition, the tracking method requires us to download an application that I have no use for, which I consider an unnecessary constraint.

These issues are not acceptable and require, at the very least, a clear explanation from your side as well as a prompt improvement of your service.

Quality

Nice staps. But the quality doesn't match the price in my opinion. After a few uses, the starp started to fall apart. Tried to contact customer service. No help or interest in the problem. I won't order again easily. I contacted customer service many times. Without respond.

I cannot praise this company enough

I cannot praise this company enough. Fantastic communication and service. And the quality of the bracelet and storage case are unmatched. They will go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction is well above expectation. Everything is old school perfect. Will be sure to come again.
