Products are CHEAP and look nothing like the pictures. Very difficult to get return approved. Once approved you are required to mail back to China with tracking to be provided refund. STAY AWAY!!

WORST online company ever!!!!
I ordered 2 shirts, they looked Nothing like advertised and the shirts were not inexpensive. I’m in the process of trying to return and it’s a nightmare.
Do not ever buy from this SCAM of a company!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra for express shipping and still have not received my order (weeks later). I asked for a refund for the express shipping cost because they clearly did not honor the advertised shipping time and they refused to reimburse me. They kept telling me to be patient and did not even provide a shipping number until after the order should have arrived. After providing screenshots of what they advertised for shipping time, they blocked me on Facebook. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Totally agree with all of the ratings online. Terrible!! Quality and service are the most poor of any company I have ever ordered from....waste of money completely.

Makes you return dress to China. Wanted pictures and measurements before they would even provide the address. Worst ever.

Just go burn the money you were going to spend on this website. Ordered a shirt and it's nothing but a square of fabric. No shape, large arm holes and smelly material. RUN.

Took 3 weeks to get items. They smelled horrible. I ordered 4 shirts and they looked nothing like the pictures online. Threads were falling out already and one shirt was see through. The return options were ship it back and pay the shipping to China or take a refund of $8 and get a coupon for 15 percent off next order. Ha!

What they advertise and what they deliver are absolutely misleading! Please do not purchase anything from this company. The quality of the clothing is poor to say the least. They do not adhere to their return policy. They will ship to you from the Unites States but then insist that YOU ship the items back to CHINA in order to consider a refund. I have been in contact with them since the day the clothing was delivered in an attempt to receive a refund and have been given the worst customer service. I’m filing a complaint regarding their practices with the Federal Trade Commission. I can only imagine the countless number of people they have done this to. Please do not buy anything from them!

Do not order from them. They forgot a shirt I ordered, nothing looked like the photos, all items were cheaply made and of poor quality and customer service is awful. When I realized they forgot a shirt I emailed them asking them to jut forget it and credit my account instead and requested to return the other items. They shipped the missing item anyway after they got my email, and if I want to return the items I have to pay for return shipping even though they aren’t what they appeared to be in photos. I’m not sure if their CS doesn’t understand English or if they just don’t care, but don’t waste your money here. It’s too good to be true.

I ordered multiple things from this company. I receive them all however not all of them appeared as the images they show on the website. I wanted to return two items and I have sent a request to do so through their customer service and I have not heard back. My loss, but don’t order through this company! Big disappointment!

Wish I could give this company a negative review! I placed an order, no confirmation was sent. I am unable to log on to even confirm that there was an order, I'm grateful that I actually ordered through Paypal though. I received their receipt there otherwise I would have had no proof of my order! Next issue began when I begin to notice negative reviews disappearing from their website. Can a company even do that? The only reviews they would leave behind were positive ones, this is after they disabled anyone to leave a review. Finally, almost a moth after I initially placed an order I received a shipment of 3 out of 6 of the shirts that I order. Like the reviews that I kept reading, the shirts were not what they described. One shirt had very long sleeves, not like it was pictured. The material was also clearly not the same. Mine seem rougher. Second shirt, definitely hard material. The neckline is nothing like the picture. Looks like this was part of the rejected pile. The third shirt, over sized in all parts except for the middle! It wasn't a sizing issue, the shirts are cheaply made.. Now I'm just praying I can get a discount. This has been such a nightmare!!

The worst quality on clothing I ever received!! It was also too big and when I reached out for a refund they made me ship it back to China and I’m covering the shipping expenses. I will never order from them again. And if you haven’t ordered anything stay away from these scammers!!!!

After reading all your review and not receiving a confirmation number or a shipping confirmation I emailed then and tried getting a phone number to call. They sent me a tacking number that I'm not even sure if legit. I will be reporting this site to PayPal and I encourage everyone to open a report in PayPal to hopefully get them to shut them down from using their site.

The quality is very low so I suspect they're doctoring the reviews on their site. But the real problem is their return policy. One of the pieces I ordered has a large hole in it, the result of the pattern being cut poorly. When I asked for a refund, they informed me I would only get a full refund if I paid to ship the item all the way back to China. I kept pressing for them to send me a prepaid shipping label but they wouldn't budge. I can tell the dress cost less than $1 USD to manufacture and they clearly have no quality control. The least they can do is give you a full refund when they ship you defective product.

I ordered two shirts. Both are horrible quality and not what was pictured. Colors are off, style is off and like I mentioned above, quality is poor. I had contacted the company to cancel my order once I found this website but like many have said, they wouldn’t cancel. I wish I could ship these back, but there is no way.

These reviews are mostly fake and you will only lose money. I would spend your time and money shopping elsewhere.

JUST DON't WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered 3 dresses and all of them were sized wrong. The torso was so short that the cut to accommodate the "butt" started in my back! Not to mention the materials used are not great, stripes don't match etc. I contacted customer service and they first wanted me to send them pictures. The last I heard from them was that either I could keep the dresses and they would give me a 10% discount (on items I can't wear) or I could pay to ship the items back to them in China... horrible customer service and return policy!

SHOPPER BEWARE!! I spotted the cutest dresses on their Instagram ad. I only wish I had researched this company prior to placing my order for 5 dresses for $140 total. I should've suspected something when the only way to pay was through PayPal. Lesson learned! I received my package and like all other reviewers I was disappointed - poor quality and improper sizing. Typically you receive an order form with the option of exchange or return - not so with this company. I immediately emailed them to return the items. I was offered $20 to keep everything or pay to ship it all back to China!! I had no idea I'd have to send unwanted items from the US to China! I'm looking into the cost of shipping the items back, no idea what that will be. Even if I ship it all back, I'm not very confident I'll receive a full refund. I'm frustrated with the company but have learned a valuable lesson. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I was not required to give a star in order to write my review, I would not have given one. This company is not even deserving of a half star. Their customer service is terrible, their return policy is humiliating (if you want to return for size you are required to send pictures of yourself in each item for them to "review" AND then...they still deny a return), their depiction of the clothes is incredibly misleading and the sizing chart is very inaccurate and inconsistent. I looked at every measurement for every item I ordered and purchased based on that but still nothing fit. I gave a very detailed explanation of this (and quite frankly spent far too much time doing so) when trying to return and was the still denied. I was offered a $10 refund plus a $15 credit for a future purchase (which will NEVER be used) for my $106 purchase. UNACCEPTABLE!
