ZERO RATINGS!!! Scam website!! They ship from China and sell rags that look nothing like their pictures!!!!! They do not submit returns! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY. Another "would give zero stars if I could" review. The dress I ordered was cheaply made and fit badly. When I emailed them about how to return it, citing that it didn't fit, I was asked to send my body measurements and photos of me in the dress. Seriously? I told them that I do not have to PROVE to them that the dress does not fit. They then said that if I "really do not want the item," I have to ship it at my own expense to CHINA. What a joke.

I order from this company and got the express shipping and it took forever BECAUSE ITS FROM CHINA. The quality of the items are cheap.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two dresses, neither of them fit well and both of them were made from extremely cheap material. When I sent an email to have them returned for a full refund, they just kept sending me my original shipment info, so clearly just an automated response. Their website shows an international number for customer service and the URL is registered in Panama as Cheapname.com. I'm 100% convinced this is a scam company selling cheap clothing and finding creative ways to refuse refunds.

The quality of the clothes are not at all as pictured on the website and if you reach out to request a return there is no response. I have reached out 3 times for a return with no response.

One star is more generous than I wanted to be. I purchased 3 dresses. ALL 3 were not the quality that was pictured on the site. The material was extremely tacky and cheap looking. I went to return them, and they said I’d have to pay shipping myself, which would cost more than what I spent on the dresses. They offered me $12 and 15% off my next item. But only a moron would purchase again from a company with terrible products and horrific customer service. So now I’m stuck with 3 dresses I’ll never wear, and they can keep their $12. Do NOT buy anything from this company unless you live in China and can afford to return pretty much anything you buy- because you’ll want to.

The quality of material for 8 out of the 9 dresses I purchased was HORRIBLE! They will refund if you send the package back to China, which is super expensive. They do not refund unless "faulty" - although I sent images of two items that were faulty (one was purchased for $32.30 and one item was $25.20). For teh faulty items they offered $25 refund and I can keep the crappy items and 15% off another purchase (which I would never purchase from again. I NEVER write reviews, but thought the customer service was so terrible, people should know BEWARE!

I ordered two dresses, and did not end up liking the way they fit. It happens! There was nothing wrong with the dresses, just not meant to be.

When I reached out to their customer service, they asked me to send them a picture of me wearing the dresses to "prove" that they didn't fit well. I refused, as I thought that was extremely unprofessional, but did send in pictures of the products so they could see there was no damage. After some back and forth with customer service, I was told I had two options:
1) Keep the dresses and get a 20% refund (Why would I want this? The whole point of this communication was to return the dresses) or
2) They would issue a full refund once the dresses had been sent back. However - they do not pay for return shipping, which is not advertised on their website. It would have cost more money for me to mail these dresses back to China than they cost in the first place. As a result, I felt cornered into choosing option 1 - and they didn't even refund me the appropriate amount! Their customer service is awful, their website is misleading, and I have been scammed out of money.
