Only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to in order to write this review. The clothing is cheap, crappy clothes from China. It says they are located in the United States. But if you need to return something, you have to ship it to China.

I saw the bad reviews two weeks after I placed my order. Since nothing shipped yet, I emailed the company to cancel my order and get a refund. I received an email back at 2am (because they're in China) saying, "no, just be patient and it will ship soon. Some of the clothes ordered take longer, so they would make two separate shipments. Just wait." Super unprofessional. So, I email again and say no, I don't want ANY of the clothing, just my money back. Two days later, again 2am..."we're shipping some today." ...you've got to be kidding me.
I received half of the clothes I ordered - none of which looked like the pictures and the sizes were WAY off. After going back and forth via email and them just saying everything was fine; they said they would only refund my money if I sent the clothing back.

Please don't buy from this scam of a company.

I would rate them 0 if I could. The clothes didn’t fit me and are cheaply made. When I asked to return them they first insisted I send photos of myself wearing the clothes. When I refused I was informed I could ship the clothes back to China if I wasn’t satisfied. Terrible product with even worse customer service.

I wish could give this site 0 stars. They are the absolutely unprofessional and the quality of the clothes are a complete joke. They didn't send me one of the items in the order, when I asked for them to just refund the money for the item that wasn't sent they offered me 10$ refund and 15% off my next order...which I will never ever buy from them again! So they essentially were are trying to steal 16$ from me! Offering me a 10$ refund on an item that was never sent! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam!

Bought clothes that took three weeks longer than what said on site. All of the clothes are either too short, bad material and all poorly made. I asked to return and was told in email I would get $18 back for $100 worth of clothes, after arguing thru email, saying that wasn’t fair, they lowered it to $8!
Do not buy from them! There is no way the 5 star comments are real people. Buyer beware.

If I could give no stars, I would. Let's see, charged at initial purchase, no confirmation that order was received, no shipment information sent. After two weeks I reached out to cancel my order and I got a very automated response that basically said Dear (not my name or anything, just Dear), shipment is on the way, please kindly wait patiently. No order information, order reference number or tracking/shipment details..so I opened a dispute with PayPal about the order not being received and trying to reverse the charge, and only after a couple more non-helpful emails from Molydress, did they finally provide PayPal with a tracking number. However, the whole time I was trying to cancel my order since now it was almost a month late at this point. But no such luck!

I got the order a couple of days ago, but the clothing is crap. Very cheaply made, threads fraying everywhere. I hear it's not even worth trying to ship it back and that you only get 20% of the charge back or something. Such a scam company. BEWARE!

I would give it a -5 stars if I could. These clothes are horrible quality, bad cut, I don’t even think the homeless shelter will take my donation. The fabric feels like flame retardant children’s pajamas.

This site has photos that make the clothes look genuine and well-made. After receiving my first order, I was highly disappointed. The clothes are very cheaply made. They did not fit me well and I tried to contact the company to return the items for a refund. They offered me $6 (I spent $58) or to ship the items back to China (which costs over $100). There are so many other great clothing sites that have better quality clothes and an actual return policy. I would not recommend anyone purchase from molydress (no matter how cute you think the photos look!).

Would love to give them 0 stars because they do not care. Items received are not at all as they appear on the models and when I pointed out specific issues, like a romper neckline being so high that it looks like you are wearing a t-shirt backwards, they just said they aren't responsible for paying for returns if I dislike an item or it doesn't fit. They are not understanding that it was not made correctly. Material of all items is not at all what the pictured quality is. One dress I purchased is good, 2 other items are just ok (again, the material problem), and the other 2 are awfully made.

I placed two separate orders within 12 hours because I was debating on a few pieces and my second order was fulfilled and arrived before my first order was even fulfilled. I requested cancellation on Aug 28th because it had been 11 days (they quote 3-7 working days) and I was upset that they were clearly fulfilling orders out of order of time purchased. They asked if I would give them a couple more days and offered a discount, which I said no to because I wanted to cancel. They then responded saying it was already in transit and they could not do anything about it, so I requested tracking info because they did not update my account page. On Aug 30th, I received a notification that my order shipped. Timestamp of shipment clearly shows it was not in transit at the time of my request to cancel. They likely forgot about my first order, or didn't have the items available and did not inform me, realized their mistake and quickly rushed it out so that they could claim they did not have to cancel it. At this time, the first order has not been received so I cannot comment on the items in it yet.

If I could give a “0” star I would. Worst company and customer service ever! Tried to return and it’s really expensive to ship back to China. so not even worth the trouble because they don’t pay for a label to ship back, AND whatever you do don’t be convinced by the photos of the products on the models it’s not the same quality. The quality of the fabrics they use are horrible. I hope they go out of business soon!

Yes, its generally a scam. Only 2 out of 15 items were made from a material suitable for anything other than a Halloween costume...the rest I can’t even describe other than some sort of plastic. There aren't even proper tags on garments to indicate if they can be laundered or ironed without melting or falling apart. The photos look lovely, but I promise this will not be worth your time to order from this site.

I wish I could give them no stars because this site is a total scam! I purchased two dresses from them and when I got them they not only did not fit (even though I checked the measurements they provided on their site before purchasing), but the material for both dresses was horrible!! Felt like plastic!!

I obviously decided I wanted to return both dresses and get a refund, but like the other reviews say, they give you two options. One is to give you barely any money back ($7 on a $55 order) and then 15% off your next purchase (which I will never do again), or pay to ship the items back TO CHINA!! Are you kidding me?!? The shipping cost would be the same as the cost of my order!!!

This is the biggest scam of a company I have ever dealt with. Do not fall for the images of the cute dresses and outfits, it’s all just a marketing scam.

I made a $100 purchase without doing any research into the company. When I realized I hadn't recieve a order confirmation/ email directly from the company, I got suspicious. I went on their Facebook and Instagram pages and noticed there weren't any comments on any of their posts, which was a red flag to me. I did a Google search and found only negative reviews. I looked up my order and it hadn't been shipped so I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel. Within hours I got an email asking for a reason and if a discount on a future purchase would change my mind. I explained the negative reviews and stated I wanted to cancel my order. Within minutes my order was canceled and I recieved a PayPal refund receipt. Luckily if your order hasn't shipped, you can avoid being a potential victim by canceling your order via email.

AWFUL - when you online shop, returns are part of the process. Not only do you have to pay to have the items shipped to you, but when the item I got didn't fit right, the only way to return it is to SHIP IT CHINA from the U.S. The return shipping costs are 5x what the dress itself costs. S-C-A-M.

Upping their rating to 3 stars because I did get fully refunded after taking a couple days to email and Facebook messenger them. I told them I don’t want discounts or anything and to please just give me my money back.

OMG. I am so upset. I saw THE cutest shirt in an advertisement for this website, and chose to go on it and buy about $100 worth of some super cute items. This is a major splurge on me for only getting 4 items. The reviews on the website are written well, and seem to be legit. Well, when I ended up seeing the only option was to pay with Paypal, I started thinking the next day and thought it was odd. Then, I realized I never received an order confirmation from the actual company. That's when I decided to look at the reviews and was horrified to see all of the comments. I am crossing my fingers that emailing and sending a Facebook message will give me all my money back. I was trying to be optimistic and hope that maybe the clothing will actually surprise me and be of great quality. I decided to go with my gut, though, and ultimately cancel my order. I will add a star or two if I'm able to get all of my money back. Still really upset that I probably won't be able to find the legit, good quality items I THOUGHT I was getting from here. That's the worst part, is the pricing is deceiving. "Oh, a $40 on sale for $25? I'll take it!" Seems SO legit. Disappointed.

So I let my self get scammed by this company. I saw all of the cute dresses on their website, and placed an order for about $180 without doing any research. It was only I placed the order that I saw this page. I instantly sent them emails saying I wanted to cancel the order before it shipped, and commented in their Facebook posts as well. At first they responded to my email by say they'd give me a discount on my next order if I kept this current order. I told them no, that I've not heard great things about the quality of their clothes, and that I don't want to have to pay for shipping to China if something does not fit. They gave me my money back!! I'm so relieved!! I would suggest that anyone who does purchase with them use PayPal, because there may be a way for you to get your money back through them if you receive the product, and it is not as described. I am giving them three stars because I got my money back lol.

Don't do it! I bought 2 dresses and they were too big (even after I checked the size chart). I decided to return and exchange them. Molydress got back to me saying I can keep them and they'll give me $10 back from my $60+ purchase or I can pay to ship them back to China (despite their US address). The shipping would cost me $122. No customer service and terrible Chinese clothing company. Pay the US price and avoid the hassle. Either way, you're out the money. I learned my lesson with this company about all those cheap clothing pop-ups.

As per all the other reviews on here I am disgusted by the service received from this company. Top is not as advertised, it’s like a bin liner when it’s meant to be a size small. It looks completely different to the one advertised too. After numerous emails back and forth they are willing to refund me but I have to pay the shipping costs and the address is in China! The company won’t publish my review so the reviews are obviously all fake. They have now blocked me so I can’t even look them up on Instagram or respond on messenger. I will be speaking to PayPal for a full refund.

I received my order yesterday and like other reviews the product is not as advertised and cheaply made. The items I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The blouses are like tents and made from material that is sorta white on the underside. The reviews they list on their page are no doubt fake. You can definitely tell it’s cheap. The items are not wearable. Do your research before shopping online. I wish I had. Update, I posted actual pictures of the products I received on their Facebook and they deleted them and blocked me from commenting. They don’t want pictures of the actual product to be shown because they know they are selling crap.

I have emailed MolyDress customer service 3 times but they will not respond to my complaint that they falsely advertised the dress I just ordered from them. I have asked for a refund. The dress I received is poorly made, hugely oversized, made of rough “nylon tent” like material and had an potato sack “elasticated” waist. Yet it is advertised online as being made from chiffon, and is non elasticated. The online photo shows a lovely fitted top with a floaty skirt maxi dress. I have also contact MolyDress on both Facebook & Instagram. They DMd me to say I had to email Customer service. I explained I had, but all they do is delete my comments on social media asking for help. I have opened a PayPal inquiry including screenshots of the falsely advertised dress, what I actually received and the emails I have sent. It seems I am not the only dissatisfied customer as have subsequently read of similar issues here on trustpilot.com. I am just requesting a refund for the actual dress not the shipping I also stupidly paid for. Not about the money, just the principle of scamming innocent buyers with fake photos and product descriptions.

Where to start.. the only reason I gave two stars is because miraculously, unlike other reviews, I did have fast responses from the company. I did, however, send a final email regarding my concerns, so I am waiting to see if they will respond or ignore that email. The other reason I gave 2 stars is because I ordered 4 items and of those, 2 did fit. The quality is average, nothing to brag about.. but better than expected.
Otherwise, I would give this company only 1 star. They say they are an international online shopping website, but do not tell you on their website that they ship all items from China. Therefore, the shipping costs are not worth the return. They advertise a sale on the website saying the more you buy, the greater the discount which adds to their scam of getting you to buy more clothing. When I asked for a return, they offered me $8 and a discount on my next purchase. I emailed them previously asking about refunds, and they said they would refund fully but mentioned nothing about shipping back to China. I was aware of paying for my own shipping costs if I did want to return an item, but I assumed that since they are an international company, they would have hubs in different countries to cut the burden of the shipping fees. I was clearly wrong.
Normally I do more research on a company when shopping online, but somehow I let this one slip through the cracks. I would say this is a typical scam like online shopping website and would definitely not order again or recommend anyone to order from them.
