Strange Email Updates

While I was still shopping, using my phone to navigated the website, I received multiple emails from MOM that there was product left in my cart, as if I had placed items in my cart and left the site. It was very bizarre and confusing. The emails came one after another. I did have a question about the payment process. I received an email reply within one business day and they were able to clearly answer my question.

Sorry for that. We do have updates since many people forget to pay (days even weeks). Then they are mad that the particular product we had on their order sold out. So we try and update the best we can until payment is accepted. Hope that helps!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Even though my package came later than when it said it would. There was constant communication and follow up from the team. They apologized and did everything they could to make it right, including following up with Canada post and offering me a freebie. They could’ve easily said too bad and done nothing, especially since it was such a busy time! Will be ordering from them again!

This is my favourite online dispensary. I enjoy both the selection of products and accuracy in service which are top quality. I have been a customer for a few years now and order almost monthly and have never been disappointed in the quality of the products. I am an extremely happy repeat customer.
