MomCanada used to be an excellent and trustworthy business but I believe this website has now been hacked or whoever took over the business is robbing the customers. Here’s my experience:

1. The email where to send the payment has changed. I didn’t question this and sent an e-transfer anyway because I have been a customer for years and they used to be a reputable company that I trusted.
2. Aside from the new email addy, one of the new instructions when processing the e-transfer is to list all your social media (facebook, Instagram, Google, etc). I didn’t know why they were asking for this but now I do. They are blocking you on all social media so that you can’t contact them.
3. Their phone number is out of service
4. Their live chat has been disabled
5. Their social media hasn’t been updated in a very long time
6. They no longer have in store shopping
7. When trying to log in to my account on the momcanada website, I get “404 page not found”. I lost access to my account, my points, my order history. I can’t even delete my account/info if I wanted to.
8. The only form of communication is their email support @ momcanada and they are not responding to emails
9. As of 2/16/2023 their email addys orders(at)momcanada and support(at)momcanada are no longer valid. I got a bounce-back to prove it.
10. the momcanada(dot)net website is gone (as of 2/16/2023

Customer service lacking

Placed order on Nov 16, 2022. Followed up multiple times via email and online contact form.

Received a reply on Nov 29 saying that tracking and order would be sent on Nov 30th. Now December 5th and haven't received the order or tracking.

Will update this review if there are any updates.

Recent purchase

The product is fine although I feel overpriced for the amount of gummies I received but my biggest concern is the amount of time it took for me to receive it. I’ve ordered elsewhere in the past and received within 4 days.

No order and no response

It's been almost three months since I placed my last order and have not yet received it. I've sent several messages inquiring on the status with no response. Hopefully by rating my experience this can be resolved.

Not impressed

I have sent you an email regarding my order , I am missing three bags of skunky‘s gummy‘s and nobody has respond back to me, I paid for these and did not receive everything in my order, not impressed this time

Buisness Scam

I have not received any communication after ordering.
Placed my order on Oct 4/22. No confirmation email back and when I tried contacting them on several occasions by email, which is the only way to contact them as they have no phone number listed, no response back. They took my etransfer immediately and I haven't heard back from MOM since.
Buyer beware. I think this company is out of buisness and is taking all the money they can as long as they can.
UPDATE Oct 14
I received an e-mail yesterday with shipping details and tracking. My order was delivered today. Terrible communication throughout the entire process. Apparently the company is still doing buisness, but customer service needs to be improved.

good bbut some email issues

Hi, I have always been very satisfied with your service and processing of orders. However I have addressed in the last 2 times ordering, Sept and Oct, that for some reason I cannot log into my account, even with the right password, and do not receive any emails back for password change not for order confirmation and shipping confirmation. For some reason, your system doesn't send out to my email. I have addressed this several times. Good thing , when i send an email to support, i do get a quick reply back with the information i require. Also my last order i recently revieved i order WIFI OG, when i received it , there were no marking on sealed bag where as in past the strain is always marked on bag. So not sure if i got the right thing, hoping it is. But overall support is always good.

No product, no contact.

It's been a week since I ordered. Nothing has arrived. I requested an update and have heard nothing. The company does not have in-store access despite what their website says. Really poor experience.

I'm not happy with the service these…

I'm not happy with the service these days .. I placed an order on Aug 28th n I still haven't received it .. I emailed the order desk on Friday Sept 2nd n still haven't gotten a reply or the order .. please advise asap for I'm out of my gummies n so r others.
