I received the bathmat as a gift and upon opening it saw that it had been cracked. I emailed the company to inquire about the warranty And without hesitation they simply ask for my name and address so they could make it right immediately. With a million things to do everyday this was such a refreshing change from the hassle of everything else. In about As long as it took to write 5 sentences in email I had a replacement bathmat sent out. I couldn't have asked for an easier process and kinder people to have dealt with. Outstanding customer service and an amazing product.
