Great Customer Service Hopefully Fixes Problem
When I received my Momo Air Fryer, I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the drawer (basket). It required too much strength to pull it out, causing me to need to use two hands, one pulling it with all my might, and the other bracing myself against the fryer to keep it from moving. Ridiculous!
I called Customer Support and they began helping me the same day. I was instructed to film a short video of seeing me struggle to open the drawer, and send to them. As soon as they received it, they immediately told me that they were sending me a new unit, and that I wasn't required to return the one I had. Yay!
The new unit should be arriving in 4 days, and hopefully the drawer on that one will not require extra force to open.
I'm giving them 4 stars--it's averaging out two separate scores, 5 for customer service and their amazing way of quickly resolving the issue, but 3 stars on the quality of the air fryer that I purchased.

Gets too hot on outside
Gets too hot on outside, needs to sit on a hot plate. Hate how it’s settings work. Grill plate is very thin. I am comparing to the Ninja I had, so went back to Ninja. No refunds available
Since rating, I was contacted with an offer of refund, but I gave it away to my sister, so she is happy to have it as a gift.

Ordered three bath mats, one cracked and broke in the first week. Left a review stating this and customer service reached out to me promptly and sent a replacement. They work good, you can feel the bottom of your feet dry after a shower.
