I did receive a reminder from Monaco Solicitors about the tribunal time limit, but beyond that I felt very unsupported. As soon as my employer refused to engage with their email, the communication from Monaco effectively stopped. There was no follow‑up, no guidance, and no effort to advise me on what to do next. I am dealing with significant health issues and reached out because I needed proper support, but instead I was left feeling abandoned at a very stressful time. Overall, I feel let down by the level of service I received.

They were a bit slow to engage with at the outset and the over reliance on automation for their cost control and volume management was a little frustrating. However, once they engaged, they were efficient and provided advice on the right issues. I also found Salama Hasanin to be responsive and helpful and I felt she went the extra mile when needed to meet deadlines. I would recommend this firm.

Karrissa Webster was fantastic. She provided great advice and constant dialogue and I really felt she went the extra mile.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the legal representation and professional conduct of Fiammetta, who was assigned to manage my case. Her actions and approach consistently failed to meet the ethical, professional, and client‑care standards expected from a solicitor and from a firm of your reputation.

Below I outline the reasons for my profound dissatisfaction and the state of vulnerability in which I was placed:

1. Lack of Professional Diligence and Strategic Commitment
When I requested a fairer resolution due to the serious issues at my previous workplace, the solicitor responded: “I am afraid that the company will close itself off to negotiation.”
This defeatist stance, combined with the absence of a robust adversarial strategy, directly undermined the defence of my interests.

2. Failure to Provide Expert Guidance
When I asked whether she would personally accept such terms in my position, she refused to provide a professional opinion. A solicitor is hired precisely for their expertise and judgment. Declining to validate her own advice when the client seeks clarity is a failure of duty.

3. Coercive Pressure and Improper Financial Threats
I was pressured to accept a settlement under the warning that, if I did not sign, her professional fees would be claimed immediately regardless of the outcome.
This tactic placed me under undue pressure and deprived me of genuine freedom of choice.

4. Prioritisation of Billing Over Client Welfare
Critical communications were sent at inappropriate hours (including an email at 5:55 AM), reinforcing the impression that the priority was to expedite billing rather than to secure a fair and well‑considered outcome for the client.

5. Professional Inconsistency and Hostile Conduct
After informing me she would be unavailable for several days, she reappeared only after I expressed my intention to terminate her services.
Following this, I received an aggressive email at 9:00 PM containing threats and an unprofessional tone. This behaviour is incompatible with the standards expected of a legal professional.

6. Lack of Technical Support During a Critical Moment
Despite my exhaustion and the pressure exerted by the opposing party, I did not receive clarification, protection, or guidance. Instead, I was subjected to repeated pressure to sign immediately, framed around negative financial consequences.

Conclusion
Throughout the process, I felt neither supported nor represented. It became clear that the priority was securing payment of fees rather than defending my rights after the difficulties I had experienced in my employment.
The service provided was transactional, lacking the professional rigor, independence, and empathy that a client should reasonably expect.

I request that this complaint be formally recorded and that an internal review of the handling of my case be initiated without delay.
