Don't use this website. They locked my account without any reason when I try to talk to the customer service they ask me to email them about account's situation. But when I sent them email they don't respond at all. All my money from MooGold wallet is now gone it was more than 4k INR and it's all wasted...

I paid for a digital product but never received my key.

I completed the payment and submitted all required proof, including transaction screenshots and confirmation. Despite this, I did not receive my digital key, nor was I offered any refund.

I contacted customer support multiple times, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Either there was no response, or I received the same repeated message with no real assistance, followed by complete silence.

Based on my experience, this raises serious concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of this service. Paying customers should not be treated this way.

Warning about MooGold

I made TWO payments via Binance Pay and both transactions were completed successfully, but after more than 5 days, both orders are still showing “Pending payment”.

Customer support keeps repeating the same response without resolving the issue.

Even worse, my transaction records are now missing or inaccessible.
