Original deal was great price
Original deal was great price. After 6 months price increased. I don't see Moose offering the great deal anymore. Shopping around today I can get a better deal with another provider.

Product is ok but time to update to 5G
The plan that works!
The great price I am paying for the amount I use my phone. Who could complain about paying $9 for 100 calls and unlimited text per month, not to mention 2 Gig of data a month whivch I didn't even go near using.
Now I am on $12.50 a month for unlimited calls, text and 6 Gig of data. For people who don't use their phones much, this plan is ideal.

No compensation or communication in…
No compensation or communication in response to Optus outage therefore I will be leaving also was problematic to switch over in first place.
Well after complaining I got 30GB of data which is ok but my partner didn't get any data until I complained 2 weeks later.
Appears no free data unless you complain, doesn't seem very ethical.
Optus coverage seems ordinary in Adelaide at the moment too.

Their low-cost Mobile services perfectly suit the needs of our Family of 5.
I recently contacted customer service to enquire about upgrading our services and was amazed to find that the process couldn't have been more simple!
There was no prolonged call hold/wait time.
I spoke with an Australian gentleman by the Name of Tony who was very polite & professional.
The whole process took less than 5 minutes and for an additional $10 per month ($2 per person) we are all able to bank any unused data up to 200GB each.
A great Australian Company, with great low-cost options and great service from agents that you can understand & communicate with easily.

Best Optus network I've used
I've used a few of the Optus network mobile companies, and Moose has been my favourite so far. Good price on very low data plans, and coverage is good here in the country.

Initially thought "how can this be SOOOO... much better value"? We made the switch and not one "glitch"..... App works really well, and when needed someone to talk to on the phone.

I was a Telstra customer for many years…
I was a Telstra customer for many years and all I got was bigger bills and a lot of download I did not want or need. Did I mention that I am very old. Moose gives me unlimited calls and text which is all I want and I am paying under $20. I was paying more than $50 a month with Telstra.
Very competitive plans
Very competitive plans, to date no issues with the service being unavailable due to outages etc. I am an average user of my mobile, I don't use it for watching movies etc and I have never exceeded my allowances with the plan I have, therefore no surprises at the end of the month. Being an Oz business is also an A+. Service is good, no long waiting times to speak to someone.
