Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

Zero stars review regarding Emma Hindle Store manager at Thornbury Bradford store and upper management at Morrisons.
Collegate Toothpaste the XL Enameral Toothpaste that's on offer on-line however that store didn't have it in now it had other Collegate Toothpaste's however that's the Toothpaste that I use for my own reasons. There was a different XL Toothpaste in that I wasn't going to buy. The small enamel toothpaste at 75ml was redused from £6 to £3. With the 125ml redused from £8 to £4. Even with the 20% discount stated thos would reduce it from £2.40 v £3.20 with signs up already that the larger tube was better value for the other Toothpaste I wasn't going to buy. However there wasn't any signs up for the enamel toothpaste that it was there but out of stock meaning forcing a person myself to buy a Toothpaste that I don't use against a Toothpaste that was more expensive both options are unacceptable regarding that.
Therefore bought some food but spent less than I was going to
This has nothing to do with the staff especially as I've got seven years managerial experience.
This has everything to do with Emma Hindle and upper management at Morrisons.
Especially as a discount didn't go on previously that should of done that I had to sort out myself instead of staff in the Call Centre.
I've already informed staff in the call centre in South Africa regarding this. This I'll be putting a complaint in regarding this.
Don’t bother using the delivery service, every week my order is late there never stick to the time schedule. From now on every week I’ll be leaving a 1 star review every time your late delivery my order
Significant prices across the board in the last 3 months, easily shown by shopping order receipts. Growing number of self checkouts, data-mining 'loyalty' cards a necessity to keep prices down, at the cost of you being marketed. Another American-owned dump of a supermarket.
Utterly disgusting online customer service. Rude and accused me of theft due to an issue on their end taking the payment. Brushed off my issue of not being told of a substitution of a product being 2x more expensive than the one I had ordered. Raised and got told return to the store. No apologies just get on with it and you need to make the payment. Disgusting behaviour.
I have never felt so belittled and treated like an absolute idiot by the extremely rude assistant at the self checkouts in Lincoln Tritton road. Kept interfering with my shopping and shaking a packet of sweets in my face whilst calling me 'my lovely'. Very patronising and unnecessary. This woman/person needs rapid customer care training. I had to ask her repeatedly to let me get on with my scanning and to leave me alone. This is harassment.
The toilet area floor had silverfish which is unhygienic. Overall not even worth a star.
One of the staff, called Sam was absolutely amazing. I loved her energy and she was super helpful, I also loved all the price cuts,it made our shopping trip a lot cheaper. But my nan lost her sunglasses they are black with gold rims they could be anywhere from the toilets to wherever so if you see it could you respond please, thank you.
I have used morrison cannock for many years, great staff, fresh fish staff fantastic, but I only use it for fresh fish and bread, as the rest of produce like fresh veg is no longer fresh, often out of date same day as I buy it, many products are either out of stock or not on the shelf.
As a regular customer for grocery deliveries we had a recent delivery and the driver damaged our wall when leaving our property and drove off.
It has been over 3 weeks since the incident and after chasing emails, phone calls we have still not heard from their insurance company.
Dreadful customer relations, not interested, promises to sort and nothing.
Will never use them again for delivery or any shopping- a total lack of customer service and care

Beyond terrible. Unbelievably bad. No bread in the store? No ham? No cheese? AT ALL? Some stuff that shows out of stock, other stuff that shows in stock BUT NEVER IS. Late deliveries. Deliveries where 5 items are best before tomorrow. Ignored complaints - repeatedly. It's a a joke - except it's not funny. Utterly disgusted.

So,this is a review of the main morrisons store in carlisle , I have posted before and this is an update on my latest visit.
walking in it looks like a cheap shambolic bargain store of some description the fruit and veg looked ok but half the shelves were empty and this was repeated in all areas of the store.
Perhaps not quite as dark and unwelcoming as previous visits but still pretty dull lighting and thats being generous.
offers and bargains are very few and very far between the so called clearance area was just overpriced tat.
still as before large epmty spaces or spaces just filled with crap i think to make the place look less empty , this is something repeated from previous visits and not something i have seen in any other major supermarket.
I walked up that way today beacuse i am getting old and fat and needed a good walk , that part fitted the bill but very sad to say i will be finding another route to walk and fight the flab as visiting this store is simply not worth the effort

I have shopped online with Morrisons - and Tesco. Asda, Sainsbury’s and Iceland - for years. Morrisons has let me down for the last time. They are usually late - sometimes hours late - and product arrives in poor shape. Yesterday they forgot to include all my frozen items and left a carton of coconut water flat on the top drawer of my delivery, causing it to leak all over my groceries, ruining cardboard boxes and vegetables as well as causing a mess on my carpet when the crate was placed on my doorstep. There is no excuse for such carelessness,

I am sick of seeing that Morrisons west Denton don’t seem to care about the maintenance of the shop. This shop is supposed to have at least 30 freezers however for many weeks now most of them have been broken.
What makes this more laughable is the fact they have recently employed a robot to clean the store, surely the monies wasted here could’ve been better used in repairing the broken freezers.

ordered online through Morrisons now, they sent me dirty bread with a print of someone's foot on it. Absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. I really want to see a morrisons manager eat this bread. It took 60min and 2 phone advisers to get a refund. This is not the first time I order through Morrisons now and every time there is some kind of a problem. First time, they forgot to include 6 packs of milk, but they charged me for it. Called support, they refunded and said to place an order for milk again, I tried to do it and there were no drivers available. Thanks for nothing I guess. Second time, they sent me an expensive substitute. I was supposed to pay £5 for laundry detergent, they sent me a £9 detergent! Twice as expensive! So never again will I order through Morrisons now or morrisons online.

Morrisons and Morrisons daily In Denbigh North Wales have without a doubt the rudest and most ignorant and arrogant staff on planet earth,
Not worth trying to complain, did that once before and it was all covered up by their staff including the so called security guard who erased half of the cctv footage.
Just had a reply from Morrissons who are going to inform the store. Management about the situation,
That'll do a lot of good considering it was managment who were involved in the verbal abuse and covering up of it all last time, totally corrupt and rotten all the way to the top.

Appalling service. Customer care is abysmal. Showed no interest or offered to help . I phoned in about my non deliver of a crate of goods which means we’d no food. Literally nothing and no money to buy any food because Morrisons bill had been taken at the full value from my account. The customer care person , who I phoned at 8.30am- couldn’t have been less interested . She said she’d made a couple of calls but no one was answering and there was nothing she could do . Asked to speak to a manager but he wasn’t around and if he does ring it won’t be for 24 to 48 hours -
so here I am with no food and no money and morissons don’t care. . Since shopping on line I have spent £20k with Morrisons
