Provides a lot of promises. Have to pay and subscribe to get access to each section and reports are common sense. After $70 still can’t access colours or anything material. Don’t waste your money

It was great and there were a lot of helpful functions. But it would change my type all the time so I am still unsure what my colour type is. Even with the avatar it didn't work right but it's a nice app to get some tips what you should wear and how for your figure type I definitely learned something and it was fun

I've just started using the app but really like it. So much information that I'm sure will prove helpful whenever I shop for clothing.

Not easy to use and ran you all over the place. Misleading.

I had a complaint and the response was immediate. Even though I couldn't get a full refund, I got 50% partial refund after the solutions offered by them unfortunately did not produce the desired result. Mosso also cancelled the subscription straight away with no quibble. 4 stars because of 50% refund instead of 100%, but outstanding customer service!

I was simply looking at your services and did not sign up intentionally. I have asked for a refund and for this account to be closed. There’s an outstanding refund to me of $20.94. I would be grateful if you could refund that to my account at your earliest convenience. Otherwise, I can call my bank and ask them to put a stop on payment.

Mosso verified some things I already knew, such as most favorable colors, but it also gave me new information that helps me understand how to dress my body now, at age 67. I've always preferred classic, tailored styles, but now they don't look right on me. I learned my style archetype is actually The Mother, so wearing tight clothing is not recommended. I'm so happy to learn more about how to dress for this stage of my life!

Super easy to sign up! Cost is about the same as one blouse.
All stages of analysis are fully explained and it makes total sense. This has already changed my mindset about my wardrobe.
I’m the caretaker type of person. This just confirms it but shows me how to dress more powerfully. No more getting overstretched by saying NO to other people.

Fairly useless service. Even worse, they try to deny me right to a full refund, which I absolutely have the right to enter consumer protection law. I had to email them three times to claiming my rights for them to agree.

It’s very disappointing! Even the vais stuff you should get is not there (like the “18 styles” is the report. Algo, I’ve payed a whole mo th and if I want to cancel, it says I’ll immediately lose access.

Warning, this is a scam! I ordered the 8-week plan and paid for it. Suddenly, the paid amount was MUCH higher than expected. I consider this to be a scam, and I can just hope I will get a full refund. So disappointed.

I can not continue but, customer service was great. They were quick to respond and we're not bothered about my decision.
When the time is right I will definitely come back.
