The only complaint I have is their request for a video showing the component failure I encountered. This is an inconvenient and time-consuming step to have to go through in order to get a refund on an inexpensive part -- especially when the customer has been doing business with MRC for years without any significant refunds requested. Where's the trust in a long-time customer?

Now, if this had been a problem that could potentially be resolved by watching a video, I could understand it -- it wasn't. Or, perhaps if it was a very expensive part, I could understand the need for evidence. For a $20 refund for a good customer, though, this need for a video is out of line.

I had a problem with two defective lipos but replacements process was a breeze: thanks to Jarret from customer support I received the new lipos in no time.

Ordered a 64mm F-22. Turns out the right wing serve was bad. Motion shipped a new one the next day. Excellent customer service who has always helped over the years.

I have purchased quite a few different items from motion. I like that the website shows stock status. Quality products for a growing hobby. I also must say the customer service is top notch. Very reponsive and willing to work with you through any problem. I will be doing a lot more business with these guys!
