I was taken to court for being in charge of my vehicle with excess alcohol. I had no intention to drive and was just sleeping in the vehicle.
Simon represented me remotely and got the result within the guidelines of the court. It was expensive but worth the money for piece of mind. Other solicitors wanted me to fight it but as Simon made me realise this was for more court hearings and more money and I would have to be a gambling man with deap pockets to fight my charge as I had no proof I had no intention to drive. What a day! After a 3-hour journey on foot, buses, trains and taxis to get to court, I can honestly say it was all worth it in the end. The result was better than I could have hoped for — no community service and the driver awareness option instead, which is a huge relief.
