The app was very easy to use and take photos of your car and contacting them was easy however I would say if you are not happy with your first offer I would phone them up and reduce the price to nearer to what you really want here is what I done they valued my car at £23500 the first offer was £19500 I refused this and called them to make it £21500 I ended up getting £20900 which is what I needed to pay off my finance with £200 over hope this helps

Communication at every stage was very clear and the portal was easy to use. The price agreed with the buyer was a fair one considering some of the work that needed doing to the car. The collection service was extremely efficient and I could not believe how quickly I received my payment once everything had been agreed.

Sold a 8 year old mini countryman. The sale process - posting profile, auction - worked very smoothly. The process with the eventual buyer was excellent with no "price chipping", virtually instant payment after collection inspection.
Initial valuation proved optimistic, but I still sold for £1100 above part-exchange and another dealer offer, which was OK for me.
I did find myself bombarded with texts and emails (I appreciate some people need a lot of prompting) and Motorway's internal system seemed to lack synchronisation on occasions e.g. asking for information that I had already provided, had acknowledged and was visible on the profile.
Nevertheless I was very pleased with the overall experience and outcome.

Selling my car via Motorway was simple, their app guides you through the entire process, including taking the right photos. The entire process was completed in 3 days and I achieved the price that I wanted for my car, which was a good deal more than I had been offered as a part-exchange price. All in all, a very good experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Absolutely seamless and easy process!

Quite simple, went and washed my car and then used the app to take all the angles required of the car from 23 different shots. So simple though with the guide on how to do the shots. So photographed in 10 mins of my time.
The suggestion on approx price that car will sell for and 24 hours later, boom - it’s sells for several hundred pounds more than guessed.
Messaged to ask what days are convenient to collect in the week for them to only ring next day and say can we collect today?
Absolutely come get it, later that day and 30 mins later, the car is gone and I’ve received the surplus money in my bank account and confirmation the buyer paid the finance.
