Terrible customer service. This company makes returning items a nightmare, constantly stalling and dragging out the process instead of issuing refunds promptly. I would not recommend buying from them.

The product was not as advertised and then followed by a terrible customer service. The coat ordered was £60, the coat delivered was a couple of pound rag not at all like the one ordered. The return process was a battle of wills, I paid shipping just to see what would happen. The item has been sitting in China for weeks and the company just apologize but do nothing else, if you don't want to get into a battle of frustration do not buy anything from this sham of a company.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing ! On their website they claim to have offies in London which is a lie! Their company is ok China. Dresses were absolutely awful so I wanted to return them. They don’t provide a returns label so you have to buy this yourself (first red flag). My returns parcel has been deemed lost by Royal Mail as it has been sitting in customer’s for over 4 weeks. This company have been zero help, won’t help with my claim for Royal Mail meaning I am now out of pocket by £90+. Their dresses look nothing like the website. PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely disgusting company. The products are next to rubbish and when you ask for a refund, they offer you a 10% refund and "store credit'. No reply to my email for a return address. I wish I had looked for these reviews and not made such an expensive mistake. Money being tight with serious health problems, these scumbags need shutting down.

No stars. They ought to be shut down. I’m reporting them and taking it further. Absolute robbers. Item never arrived and they’re blaming delivery services! No refund!

I am kicking myself. I should have checked them out. Lie after lie about the goods having to come from another warehouse. Behold! Its a miracle! As soon as I said I want a full refund, the goods were miraculously shipped and they would have to see if they can intercept the package. LIARS.

Absolutely disgusting ordered a red shirt for my husband as we were going to India on holiday for our Ruby wedding anniversary. It took well over the delivery days arriving the morning we departed. My husband tried it on when we arrived it was more like a small not XL it was cheap and shoddy came from China not London. I contacted them and they said we would have to pay postage back to China to return which was more than the the £35 I paid. Absolutely disgusting we lost our money. We had a tailor handmade a beautiful shirt for £16 in India . Avoid at all costs I would add photos but not sure how to put on

Terrible company. Trying to return an item has been a nightmare! Dress i am trying to return was £40 and they said they could refund 10% and some site credit. I have been back and forward for a week about this and it took 3 weeks to come- assuming they are trying to push it outside 30 days return period.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a teddy jacket from Mova London. The quality was incredibly poor — the material felt cheap, badly made, and nothing like what was advertised. It looked and felt very low quality, especially for the price paid.

I returned the jacket in November and have still not received my refund. I have provided proof of purchase and return receipt, yet the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and delay in processing my refund is unacceptable.

I would not recommend buying from this company based on both the product quality and the poor customer service experience. Very frustrating overall.

They actually have nothing to do with London!… I have been totally scammed buying a supposed wool full length coat, reduced from £179 to £94….
the thing that arrived was 0.6kg in weight, 100% polyester, almost transparent, no lining, no tags, probably about £10 worth of material and slave labour sewing it together!
I am so gutted as this company is claiming that as I’ve “changed my mind” they won’t pay for postage to CHINA! They also hinted that they’ll deny that that was the item that was sent to me, so they’ll wriggle out of refunding me then too.!
I am beside myself with anger at the way they can do this! Looking on here they only have one star rating…! And that’s only because there’s no 0 star option!

🚨 This company should be avoided with caution! TOTAL SCAM ! The company now trades as LABEL LONDON and it’s not UK based at all. It’s made and dispatched from CHINA. The quality is poor, the customer service is awful, advising that faulty goods are not faulty after sending photo and video proof that they requested.

They are deceptive in their brand advertising and clothing marketing.

They promise a full refund for faulty items, this is UNTRUE and they will barter back and forth with you avoiding all accountability or agreement that the clothes are poor quality, faulty or damaged.

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I wish I read the reviews before making the purchase. I spent over £400 pounds, eventually received the goods. All the sizings was wrong and one pair of shoes were damaged. Emailed the office to make a complaint after a lot of towing and throwing with percentages of cash back suggestion and vouchers, never more than 50% they still refused a london address to post goods to, despite confirming their store was closing. I had to arrange shipment to China which costs me £85. The goods have arrived and I am yet to hear what suggestion they come up with next. Extremely bad service and bad quality.

Absolutely awful Company and advise do not use. Ordered and pair of shorts and short sleeve shirt and neither arrived for 3 weeks. Shorts were actually OK but the shirt which was a men’s L was tiny more suited for child. Used the returns policy and emailed 3 times and none acknowledged, tried to call on the contact number provided and does not exist - absolute crooks

I bought a XL overcoat from them but the item doesn’t fit on my 10 year old son. This company promises a return and full refund, but when you contact them for it they will only refund the amount after deducting the delivery cost and the return postage fee must to be paid by me

I purchased a sweatpants that had the 3 stripes of Adidas, however the workman ship was poor, the garment too small for XXL, the Adidas stripes were uneven, I stopped the order well within 24 hrs, they claimed the order had already gone out and lied about the timing of my cancellation. I provided pics, they said nothing was wrong with the garment. I'm going to report them to Adidas... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM, THE GOV NEEDS TO REGULATE ONLINE COMPANIES FROM CHINA PERIOD.

I am not sure how this company is allowed to be trading. The Mova London company name is misleading. My son bought a pair of jeans that didn't fit and when asked for returns the process was long winded, requiring him to take photos of the jeans and then offering for him to accept a 20% refund of the purchase price and a 50% store credit, or for a full refund pay the postage to return the jeans to and address in China.
