A fake scam company - usual story: London office address, Amsterdam warehouse, only once products are ordered it is immediately clear email addresses don’t correspond to web address. Tried to cancel less than 30 minutes after ordering - despite quoted 1-3 days despatch was still stuck with needing to accept delivery and return … to China.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I wish i had read reviews on this company. Absolute scammers, the company is China based and not UK based at all. Having sent several email even threatening small claims and breach of consumer rights act i am still no further forward. Its robots on the recieving end sending copy and paste emails. The 2 dresses I ordered at the cost of £72 are in the bin where they belong. Horrific company, stay away 🙃

This is a Chinese company who are ripping off people in the U.K.
The guise that it is London based fools you into letting your guard down.
I wouldn’t imagine if the Chinese authorities were to find out, whoever it is responsible, would be in one whole heap of life changing trouble.
Products fit for toy dolls….no better!

It's a scam. The clothing is poor quality. The return needs to be sent to China, at your expense!! 6 months later and they claim my return hasn't arrived.

This is a dropsite for cheap Chinese clothes. Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered two dresses, costing £35 and £42. I had checked that the company would refund if the items weren't any good. I have decided to keep one dress although I was very disappointed with the material. The other, more expensive one I wanted to return. First I had to take photos of the dress and the size label and email to them, I was given the option of a full refund or I could keep the dress. I asked for the full refund. Next email offered 10% refund and 50% store credit and keep the dress. I asked for a refund and the shipping address, which, as others have said, is in China. Not only that but you have to deal withg all the customs paperwork. Latest and final offer is 20% refund and 50% store credit plus keep the dress. Absolutely disgusted and certainly won't be buying from them again. If anyone wants 50% off this company's rubbish let me know!

Goods arrived late, and on receipt the tops were poor quality, not what was pictured! You’ve more chance of winning the lottery than getting a refund!

This company is Fraudulent. The photographs on the website are nothing like what you receive. I paid £58 for a hoody and received something that I would never wear as it was so cheap and disgusting. I contacted the company and they said the item was in good condition and matched the description, absolute rubbish. I normally always check out companies on Trust Pilot but presumed this company was from London because if the name and went ahead with the purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY - robbers.

They are a scam.
They sell things in temu for 5x more. The dress They sent to me was smelly with no labels and when I ask to return all the problem starts.
1st They are NOT from London. They registered in Netherlands and if you want to return something, you have to send it to China. Which is BUYERS expense. Cost me £14.00
And since royalmail only show that they pick up the dress and not complete tracking, they don't refund.
I lost almost £70 now.
They do not budge and do not refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is the worst company I’ve ever brought from, the quality is so poor the thick winter coat is barely 1mm thick, the hems fraying the lining flaking off! Truly awful. AVOID at all costs

Absolutely awful item. Trying to return is so frustrating. After 5 days of emailing them I still haven't got a return address. They offer various options to you rather than just sending you return details. The one they push at you is getting 10% off your purchase price and a 50% credit to use in store at London. Not good for me as I live in Cumbria. I JUST WANTED TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND!. Had to take three different sets of photos of my item, plus photo of bag it came in and email them to them. I'll never ever use Mova London again. Dreadful service and not a company to be trusted.

Never ever use this company,after waiting 23 days for delivery of shoes i contacted them,was told they were due,apparently courier had dispute with correct adress,no card put through door and item sent back,contacted mova to say i dont want them,they refuse to refund and want me to pay extra for delivery to send them out again,read the other reviews,sham of a company and should be shut down.

Less than 1 star this is the worst clothing company I have ever had to deal with do not buy anything from this con place. It has nothing to do with London it is all based in China.
The dress I bought was advertised on Facebook it looked great £39.99 advertised as half normal price. When it arrived - quite quickly so they must have a warehouse in Europe somewhere it was like a piece of rag the worst cloth nothing like the dress advertised didn’t fit as it was cut all wrong had no lining and no labels. I e mailed them and asked for a refund as advertised they sent me a long response saying there was nothing wrong with it and to send photos and explain why I wanted a refund which I did. They still wanted to give me a voucher instead and then said if I wanted I can post it to an address in China and I will have to wait a long time for a refund and pay for all shipping costs!

Scammers, item nothing like the description. Says 30 day money back guarantee but tell you that you need to send it back to china at your cost! Made out it is London based. Avoid at all cost!

Appalling, items aren’t like descriptions. Have to return to china at your own cost. Wish I had read these reviews!!!

Absolute crap I was sent and it was far too small. Kept trying to get me to keep it and they’ll give me 10% credit!! Why do I want something that doesn’t fit!! Got to send it back at my own expense to china!! Will cost almost as much as the item is worth!! Avoid these people at all costs!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Dress turned up way too big and it was the smallest size. I asked return. They made it so difficult to return even though on all advertising they say it’s easy return. It’s isn’t. They offered to give me discount off other clothes but like I explained the dress was already the smallest size and I wasn’t willing to buy anything else knowing it’s unlikely to fit. Eventually they told me I could return to CHINA which I have to pay for. Not only was it going to cost me half of what the dress was even they said the chances of it making its way back to them was unlikely. Don’t definitely is not easy returns. Customer care disgusting to deal with. Advertising is false. Would never ever use this company again

If I could give less than one star I would. The product was awful quality and stupidly I didn’t check the returns process before I ordered. If I had I would have seen that there is no return process quoted.
That’s because it’s awful - it took three emails before they would give me any details. When they did it became clear that to get a refund I’d have to post back (at my expense) to China paying postage and customs.
They also offered me a 20% refund along with a 50% store credit and to keep the item. I’ve opted for that because quite frankly I can’t be bothered with the hassle.
It’s an absolute rip off. The company looks like it’s uk based but it isn’t. I know goods will come from elsewhere but not having any uk presence in terms of a warehouse to send back to is difficult for customers. If things don’t fit (and the sizing is way off!!) you end up with huge costs to return.
I’ll never order from them again.

This company is a complete scam, the product I received was not #vegan leather but cheap plastic, they didn't fit had nothing inside to say who made them or the size. The company said they would be delivering by Royal Mail, they said they were a London company, the boots i received were cheap plastic from china.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
I don't normally do reviews but after dealing with this company I hope after this review it will help people avoid the hassle I went through. Cut a very long story short the item of clothing arrived damaged, I emailed Mova the day after receipt of the item explaining the damage and including photos. They replied stating I had to return the item to China at my own cost. That is not in line with their own return policy or The Consumer Rights Act 2015. After numerous offers starting with a 10% refund and keep the damaged item to 6 weeks later offering 80% refund and keeping the item. They even tried the you have owned the item for more than 30 days therefore a refund is not possible card, which didn't apply as I contacted them the day after receipt of the item. As the item was intended as a gift and this had continued on for 6 weeks that rendered the item useless. Eventually I had to action and chargeback on my credit card. I eventually received my refund via the chargeback 10 weeks later.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a medium jacket as a Xmas present for my Son. What arrived was more like an x small. Mova did not want it returned but on receipt of a shipping charge, sent a large size which was actually smaller than the medium!
We were initially offered a partial refund and an in store voucher but this was later retracted as they said that the item had already been replaced.
Mova said that the only way we could return the goods was to send back to China and pay for shipping and customs clearance etc. Obviously, this would have involved even more cost so we have effectively lost about £80 and have 2 jackets that are of no use to us.
