Mova London are thieves there is no other way to describe it. No reply to emails, wrong phone numbers, small sizes and poor quality DO NOT EVER BUY WITH MOVA LONDON. It is just a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I purchased 2 dresses (didn’t read the reviews - first error) which weren’t suitable. I’ve never jumped through so many hoops trying to return items! Had to email with reasons and photos and videos, then several emails later I’ve been offered 50% off my next purchase if I keep these dresses! Firstly, the dresses do not fit and secondly, I will never, ever buy from here again. Oh and another thing they forgot to mention, although products are shopped from the UK, all returns have to be shipped to china at the customers expense. You’ve been warned!!

Absolutely disgusting website/merchant to deal with. The items are nothing like the pictures on their website! I’d avoid this website at all costs because they’re deceptive and liars!!! They expect the customer to ship the items back to China and arrange your own delivery, plus arrange customs too. This is an absolute disgrace to say the least!!! They have a London based office, but insist they’re sent back to China at your own expense!!!

What an absolute joke of a company, the coat I ordered was horrendous quality so returned it the next day , DO NOT USE MOVA LONDON as it is not LONDON but CHINA. They will continue to email you with the most ridiculous reply's and will not give you a refund even having shown them proof of return via the POST OFFICE and the order confirmation and return form , their excuse is they have so many returns that it has probably got lost in their warehouse.
I am sure AI types the reply as it is so generic and they are refusing a refund as I did not submit photo evidence of the poor quality coat , this surely comes under the Trades Description Act and they cannot be allowed to keep getting away with this. They need shutting down. Funny how there is no facility to leave a message on their INSTAGRAM page , wonder why !!!! SHIT company do not use !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T SHOP THERE! The material was thinner than paper. There were loose threads. It was nothing like image advertised and they keep e-mailing very slow responses for returns.

I only came accross these reviews teo days after ordering as i started to think something was not right after receiving an email that the label had been printed which had not happened before. I had ordered a white dress but what i received 3 weeks later was cream and very light meterial nothing like the pictures. I even went back to my order details and it did say white. Not only was the dress not the colour i ordered but it was small. I had even bought 2 of these with different sizes, one my usual size and the other a size up hoping that i would return one but now stuck with 2 dresses that i cant even give away due to how unwearable they are. The website deliberately misled with reviews that show as 4 stars but when i tapped on this it led nowhere but i had just thought there was something wrong with my internet but now realised the review may have been taken from somewhere else.

Do not deal with this company, is a pure scam. Poor quality products, not close to the pictures, nor to the sizes or measurements. Seem based in London, warehouse in Netherlands but returns to be sent to China, at your cost and peril, they do not care for returns at all. Do not trust them. Wish I had checked the reviews first... unbelievable they are allowed to operate in UK consumer market.

They advertised a jumper and delivered a different design. After a lot of communication they replaced it, delivering again the wrong design. This is a company that nobody should buy from.

If I could give zero stars I would, took forever to arrive, not the same wool as in the image on the website, if I could call it wool at all, looked so cheap, smelt of plastic, no label inside to say what it was made of, surprise surprise. I’ve tried to send it back and they just keep offering me money off another order, don’t touch with a barge pole. Scammers, through and through.

Scam, do not buy anything- first the company is in china not London- you have to return goods to china at your expense. They do not refund. Refund policy says if goods are faulty they refund. They only provide 20% refunds.

Absolutely terrible quality not fit for dish cloths spent nearly £40 on a dress for my daughters hen party and it’s going in the bin. I’d send it back but looking at other reviews that whole process is set against the customer. I only wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, the website appears a legitimate UK company and so was fooled, as it arrived from China. Bought two dresses which don’t look like the photos advertised and are cheap quality, can’t even sell it on. I contacted the company and are now being given the run around to send them photos of me in the dresses to prove they don’t fit, despite the fact they aren’t as advertised. Do not buy from this website, they are a scam!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased! The item that came in comparison to the image on the website is ridiculous, I have never dealt with a business like it. The items DO NOT come from London they come from CHINA and the quality is like nothing you have seen! A complete scam of a business do not buy because your only options for returning are a 10% discount or return the item at your own cost (£60 for my item i got a quote for) the jacket costme £60. A joke!

Dodgy company masking as a UK entity. Items are made of plastic I'm sure as never seen a shoe of such bad quality. Tried to return thebitem and was told I have to ship abroad. Steer clear.

Absolutely terrible quality and Dress ordered nothing like expected. Poor quality, not even a size let alone size ordered! Return address China and have to pay for return. Don’t expect a refund but will try to get more than the 10% offered

Sadly my experience is the same as everyone else who has made a review. I have tried to obtain a return address which they are refusing to provide at this point. They should not be allowed to trade and I will see who I can contact to make sure that they can't. Strongly advise not to use this company,
