Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from mova London,received a jacket I ordered and the quality is absolute rubbish and the size I ordered was 3xL can't even get my arm in it terrible, contacted them and rather than send it back to Asia they offered 10% refund and credit for next time,I have sent them another email asking for a full refund,not heard back yet.Do not use this company.Got message back from mova now offering me 20% and 50% credit they can keep there credit.i have been intouch with my bank and there is no refund pending from this company so I am raising a dispute

I ordered a large ladies jacket and it came not fit for purpose and with a really awful smell. It was see through when held up to the light, had no label of any description on it and was tiny in size (barely fit my 13 Yr old daughter!). I requested a full refund and have been told I need to send this back to China at my own cost or accept a 20% store credit to not return it?!? Absolutely shocking product quality and even worse customer service.

Like good quality clothing? Me too, but this place is absolutely not the place for it! Bought what was described as a fleece, looked quality online, but It’s made of a very shiny, printed, thin, cheap ‘shell-suit’ like material… basically a fake of the original! If you want good customer service too, good luck ☘️ Mova ‘London’ are in China, so if you don’t like it, you have to pay to ship it back out there. Complete cowboys. I hope that helps your decision.

Order 2 mens large jackets, when they eventually arrived they were so small I doubt that they would fit a child, although the label stated large. The customer service was terrible and they wanted me to send back to China at my expense. Had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. AVOID this company

Please don't buy from them,the items are of poor quality and totally different from whats on their pictures website. If u want to return them give you an address in Asia and they say you pay your own postage and this really leaves you with no option that to just keep the item yet their business has been registered as in London.

Third class, worst item which I have bought online in my entire life.
This experience is enough for a person to stop online shopping.
The large size jackets they have sent fits to my daughter who is 13 yrs.
Poor quality looks like second hand with a dry wash.
Donated both the jackets.
May the large size suits a Chinese man not a British. They Should be banned from e-commerce

Do not buy from this company. Quality of products very poor. I ordered a dress - not good quality. It was too big - no size label on dress. Asked to return and refund me - they gave me an address in China to return to. Return fee was going to be almost the same price as the dress!! Do not buy from them!

Bought a shirt in my usual size (L) just after Christmas. Arrived after ten days, good material but way too small.

Asked to return for larger replacement, told it was my fault, offered partial refund and I’d have to cover postage. This went on for days, eventually got a free replacement (2XL!) but had to pay £20 further postage. I got to keep the shirt so I sold it on Vinted to cover most of that money.

Replacement arrived end-January, just about big enough though 3XL would have been better. Good product but awful customer experience.

Ordered and received a cheaply made dress which looked more like a bin bag than what it looked like in the photos online. Returned the item (to China) in September - it’s now February and I am still yet to receive a refund. All emails and phone calls have been ignored by them. The tracking info says the item is in customs and has been since September.

Ordered a XXXL coat for my husband and it just about fits me and I wear size 8-10 clothing! Trying to get a refund was a long winded process of emails, to be told that they can only offer a discount on my next purchase....Never going to happen!
Please, please, please do not give this company your hard earned money

Advice to others get in touch with fraud team at your bank like we did. We got money back from bank they will then get in touch with company to seek refund, items delivered did not match description of item bought customer service terrible they are relying on customers accepting things don't allow it x

They’re called Mova London, nothing London here, china.
They sent faulty and incorrect items items, admitted they are a fault and said I must pay a return flight to china because they are closing down. (?)
Their policy states they will send pre paid postage to return but they will refuse.
Quite frankly the quality of their products are is worse than junk you get out of a cheap Christmas cracker, you think I’m joking! Nothing like their photos display.
They refuse to adhere to their own policy and terms even when I highlight the relevant section.
They will finally insult you by offering a 20% refund - when they are a fault.
Do not order with this company, it’s a scam, they are not to be trusted.
Be warned they WILL shaft you and steal your money.

Absolute scammers! They sent absolute trash, not what I ordered. They refused to give me the return address. They offered 5% back on the £150.00 I'd paid. In the end I found their return address in China via some creative means. they still wouldn't refund me. I had to get my credit card company to do a charge back. Avoid these scammer at all costs. Mova London (Joke) Mova China more like. I got the last laugh you thieving bunch of scammers!

First time customer ordered a jacket. No sign of delivery via Yodel tracking so I contacted them asking for update they would only say 'on its way' very frustrating. This went on for 4 days asking where is my delivery.
Yodel tracking kept saying still with sender when they told me it was with yodel.
After a further 4 days (10 days) tracking said 'out for delivery 'At 8.53pm I looked on tracking and said item delivered,I was at no time altered of this.
Nothing found parcel missing/stolen. Yodel say it was instructed by mova that delivery to safe place ' front porch'.This was not my instructions. Since then I have gone back and forth with mova and Yodel and both are not admitting blame.
I have never received the delivery and they have taken my money from my pension and I am left without the item.

Yodel blame mova London and Nova London blame yodel.
please please...do not even consider this company they are scammers who steal pensioners money.

If I could do no star I would.the item arrived late and to return the item it has to be sent to China costing over £22. DO NOT BUY you are buying from Mova China not London

I ordered a skirt and was sent trousers instead. When I contacted customer service, they refused to properly resolve their own mistake and initially only offered a 5% refund, which is completely unacceptable.

I clearly stated that I wanted to return the item and receive a full refund. After that, my emails suddenly started bouncing back, as if I had been blocked, and I never heard from them again. No return instructions, no refund, no communication.

This company took my money, sent the wrong item, and then cut off contact when I asked for a fair resolution. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Do not trust this company.

If I could mark 0 I would. Absolutely horrific store. Rubbish materials, sizing is tiny, returns process is a complete disgrace and has to be illegal.
