I stupidly did not research this company as it has the name London in it
Ordered a coat wgich was nothing like its picture. Tried to return but shipping returns high as it was to China. Accepted 10% refund and credit note. Been waiting for my refund for over a month! Contacted the company they just keep saying they have paid it and to check with my bank. AVOID this company.

I would not even give them a 1 star.
This company is a a big scam -AVOID.
I bought a dress which looked like chiffon on the website. When I got it , the material was cheap plastic type from china. Did not fit and would not give my refund as had said on their website Hassle free refund.
Worst ever website .
As I can see I am not the only one , I think there should be collectively further action so these criminals don’t take advantage of other customers

I ordered a £50 shirt from this site without doing proper research because the link was sent by someone who wanted it as a gift. It was titled a Levi shirt but was not Levi. I did an image search and Amazon were selling the same one with the same picture from China for £8. It arrived missing a button and when I requested a refund they refused, saying I'd have to pay to send it to China first. This is against consumer law. If an item is faulty, postage must be paid by the seller. Even their website clearly states that they will cover postage in this situation "in accordance with UK law" but they just said no without any reason. They have since stopped responding to me. Avoid. Scammers.

I hope you haven’t ordered anything yet, I foolishly didn’t check on here before I ordered. I ordered a grey zip up hoodie £34.95. I did receive the pictured item but it was awful worth £3.00 and that was just the zip value. Of course I tried to return it and got offered a 50% voucher, I said no, next offer was 50% plus 10% refund again I said no. Next offer was 50% plus 20% refund. To return it I had to pay & shipping details, pay the customs charges etc so I took the 2nd offer. The credit note & 20% refund arrived within an hour. I chose the cheapest sale item I could find 🤞🏻it wil be wearable around the house.

I want to kick myself for not checking reviews before hand. Everything that people say is true. Takes forever to get here, really poorly made, bad quality products and will cost a fortune to return something. Please please please dont bother. They need to be shut down

Bought a nice looking golden button jacket.First, it arrived late. Then the product was a shame. What is this compare to the cost?

It took weeks for my item to arrive, I had no idea it was coming from China having bought from a 'London' company. When the coat arrived it's so tiny it wouldn't fit a child and the quality is dreadful , I'd be better wearing a paper bag to keep warm! Hassle free returns - I don't think so! Absolutely furious and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 mens jackets size 'large', arrived 3 weeks later, they wouldn't fit a 13 year old. Had the same experience as all other reviewers on here regarding the returns process. AVOID THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY, SHOP LOCAL, shocking they are still trading.

Item not received. They don't reply to emails and telephone number not recognised. These are clearly scammers who enjoy defrauding honest hardworking people.

Do not buy anything from them coz they have the worst customer service!!!

It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve asked to return a pair of shoes and they keep on stringing me along. I’m at a point where I’m thinking they just don’t want to refund the money!

Cheap material and not true to size… the shoes don’t have the size printed on them.

I shop only do my shopping online and genuinely I’ve never experienced something like this before.

If you want to get scammed and drained mentally… this is the website to get that done to you!

Agree with all the others, same experience as everyone else - terrible company. Requested a charge back on my debit card from bank - was authorised and refunded almost straight away, no actual evidence needed. Recommend doing this if you too have been scammed by them.

Don't buy from this company. The items are awful cheap Chinese items. They won't pay to return items and you have to send the shoddy items back to China at your own cost. The items I bought were a pair of £70 mens trousers. They were made of flimsy material with poor stitching. They couldn't have cost more then a few quid to make.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, £44 each. I waited weeks for them to be delivered and when they finally arrived I was gutted to see that they looked nothing like the shoes in the images on their website! They were cheap, nasty, plastic soles...just tatt!! I immediately contacted them to ask for a refund, they basically took me on a wild goose chase for days, emailing back and forth trying to get out of allowing me a refund. THEN, they agreed to refund me but expect me to pay the shipping to China which would cost a small fortune! I intend to contact my bank to see if they can help. Please AVOID this company, it's a scam to get your money. Mova London should be called Mova "China". I cannot believe they can operate this way, they should be shut down.

I ordered a fur lined shirt from Mova London for £59.95 after 3 weeks of waiting it finally arrived the quality was rubbish , not what was shown, it didn't fit me even though I'd measured myself from their guide. They offer return within 30 days but don't tell you it will have to be sent to China (tracked,)and offer you several options none of which you want. The cost would be extortionate! so we're stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit and of inferior quality, here is what they say.

The company is a scam. The photos are enhanced on the website. The coat I ordered cost £94. When it arrived it was 100% polyester and looked like a very cheap dressing gown. They expect you to send it back to China to get a refund. I suspect if I did that i would be told that it hadn't arrived!!

I'm pretty sure this is the same company who use to operate as Verona London. They originally based themselves in Covent Garden but similar to the reviews here - items came from China. I say this, as I noticed all of the items are the same as the previous companies website along with the refunds policy and ultimately the delays.

I recommend that you speak with your bank to report the transaction as a breach of service and if you paid with a CC, request the refund. I had to do the same and once my bank submitted their paperwork, the company paid.

Stay clear and always check any reviews before. Anything with "London" in is usually a scam - as I learnt myself.

There is not an option to give no stars otherwise I would have. The jumpsuit I ordered did not appear to be the same that I received and the fit was bad, the item also has the most terrible chemical smell to it and could no way be worn (even if you wanted to) without cleaning. They make it impossible for you to return saying it needs to go back to china which incurs large fees, they offered for me to keep the item and would also give me a 50% credit. I declined the credit as I would never want to wear any of their items. Save your money and do not buy from this company

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever known. Terrible service, terrible product - I ordered an extra large coat - what arrived fitted my 12 year old son. Return policy is a joke, very convoluted and designed to put you off. Wholly Chinese so no protection from them scamming you. I’m annoyed at myself - please don’t order from these guys rip off merchants.

Very poor quality materials used, sizing rubbish, ordered a size 10, item received was more like a 14, colour not quite true to pictures on web.
Should have checked the return policy, items are from China and you have to pay for returns. I am pretty sure even if you bothered to return you wouldn't receive your refund. I was offered various options as in 10
% refund and 50% off next purchase! Don't risk it!!
