Nothing was too much trouble for the team whilst packing and they were courteous and respectful of our furniture and contents. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for moving home.

Move In Matters were simply A1 exceptional!
The whole move process of our 6 bed house was as smooth and efficient as you could imagine. The team were friendly and happy throughout the move in challenging hot summer conditions. Everything was perfect. I would highly reccomend.

Very helpful in all aspects. On the day everything was still up in the air so ran out of time to move all the furniture into the new house but they made sure we had our beds and essentials. And went above and beyond with the storage.

This was our first house move in 22 years so we didn't really know where to start but from the initial contact with Euan and Virpi to the actual move date, Move In Matters were fantastic!

From a comprehensive quotation for our first hose move in 30 years, to a careful full packing service, efficient delivery to our new house and a friendly and conscientious unpacking and reassembly of our furniture, the Move In Matters team were excellent. They didn't baulk at being asked to reposition some heavy items on unpacking, even after a 12 hour long day. I'm very happy to recommend them for a house move.

Couldn’t recommend Move in Matters highly enough. Every stage of the process was professional. We had a lot of contents to move and from the lovely people in the office to the excellent team of highly professional hard working and kind removal people a stressful move was made easier.
Nothing was too much trouble and the care with our belongings, some of which were antique and fragile, was extremely careful. Everything beautifully wrapped and delivered over a three day period for a very reasonable price. Boxes will all be collected. Thank you for coping with our changes of date and being so kind as well as professional throughout. Highly recommended.

All went well dealing with the company to start with as we had to change the moving date very helpful.but unfortunately one of gardening pots was dropped and smashed.The team were very apologetic at the time and said he would report it to the company and someone would contact us.Nothing from the company.I sent an email just ignored it.i know what you’re thinking it’s just a pot but it did cost around £100 I wanted to use a local company so I was happy to pay a bit more.Moving team were excellent Shame about the after service.

A massive shout out to all at Move In Matters for being so amazing. They showed such flexibility on our constantly changing move date & stuck with us all the way through. Special mention to the team who supported us on move day despite long delays due to banking systems going down. Our move was long distance and they waited patiently for over 5 hours with such understanding, working so hard to move us in the pitch dark and cold weather whilst keeping our spirits up with their good humour. Fantastic team!

A week ago, Move In Matters, moved us, over 2 days, and they were brilliant.

They packed us up and delivered us the next day.

No job was too much for them, they even filled in holes that some of our picture hooks had caused.

They set up our SKY TV, dismantled and reassembled our bed - they were outstanding.

Gabriel, Gaz and Ollie were just the right kind of people for the job; helpful, kind and taking out much of the stress of our move.

From our first contact with Move In Matters to the last we could not fault their professionalism and expertise. As this was the first time we had moved in over 40 years we were very apprehensive but Virpi and her team did everything to put our minds at ease, including agreeing to pack our kitchen at short notice. They were very accommodating with the number of times that we had to rearrange our moving date. Lewis and his team worked very hard during the day with a challenging access and were extremely polite, respectful and friendly at all times. They made sure all boxes and furniture were where we wanted them to be in our new house before they left. We cannot believe how smoothly our moving day went and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely amazing experience!
Through a very tricky house moving process, they were always very accommodating and helpful, even when we had to rearrange move dates so many times (probably around 10 times!).
All boxes and packing materials were provided in advance, so we had plenty of time to pack and they were always willing to deliver more if needed.
For the move, everything that couldn't fit in a box was packaged for us and dismantled if needed. The tetris skills in the van were very impressive. At the other end, every was put back together and all put whenever instructed within the house.
Everyone was so polite, friendly, efficient and did everything they could to help.
On the day, we didn't have our keys until quiet late (4pm) and we had moved 2 hours from Bicester but the team never complained and didn't leave until the job was properly done, with no extra charges for late keys or having to work in the dark!
They say you get what you pay for but I would say we got more than that with Move in Matters. I had quotes from 3 different moving companies, and Move in Matters were very competitive. In fact, only very slightly more than the cheapest quote (which was actually a quote for one less van and less people - which it turns out we did need!).

No hidden charges, very friendly and accommodating, excellent and efficient service! Brilliant. Thanks for taking away so much of the moving day stress.

I had an urgent need for some furniture to be moved to create a downstairs bedroom, due to a relative requiring discharge from hospital. When I explained this to the team at Move In Matters they went above and beyond to arrange this for the next day, a timeline I really hadn’t expected would be possible. On the day the team were friendly, keen to help as much as possible and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service and support that we received, and will definitely being going back to them if I have other removal projects in the future.

Booked then forgot booking and left me with no where to stay for 3 days as they could only do it 3 days earlier
Packed boxes of air doubling my storage costs. Mis labelled boxes. Stole and lost items. Lied. Refused to resolve issue. I am hundreds of pounds down and missing precious items.
Added after the bizarre reply-
I never once gave positive feedback. I booked for the Thursday over the phone. The company made an error and I had to agree to a different earlier day.
I hadn't packed anything. I have email proof of this. A small list of items were left for me to dispose of.
The units were not pre arranged there were options based on the requirement on the day. The agreement was to consolidate my old unit into the new which was not done.
The reason for the delay is 3 fold and was explained to Tobias over the phone over a week ago. 1, I was not made aware that the two units hadn't been combined for several weeks and then only as I had an unexpected bill. 2-a week later I had a major trauma injury and 2 surgeries, this prevented me driving or getting my things and reduced what I could do as I was one handed for 8 weeks. 3 I was out of the country from mid August as always planned. I delayed getting my things for the relocation owing to my hand injury. I travelled back 2 weeks ago to get my things and assess the situation and this is when I discovered 15 boxes with 1 or 2 small items, several totally empty, all taking up excessive space. Its when I discovered that boxes were incorrectly labelled, and I couldn't find a significant amount of stuff. I restacked the unit and sorted the majority of boxes resulting in the realisation I could be in a unit half the size. This size was selected from 2 options by your staff. In addition your staff were meant to stack it effectively and assured me they were experienced to maximise space, combine the other unit and leave my stuff for relocation accessible. None of this was true. My costs have included having to replace lost items, having to pay an extra unit for a month, having to pay a double sized unit owing to the empty boxes and poor use of space.
I only became fully aware of this 2 weeks ago owing to the hand injury, surgery and living abroad. I didn't raise the initial consolidation of two units issue as I had enough distress and trauma from my injury, surgery and moving country.
You are aware of all of this and what you have just demonstrated is how disrespectful you are to clients, how you do not listen, and how little accountability you take. All I asked was help to move the items from tge excessive unit to a smaller one, and assist in finding the lost items while doing that. I even stated that I understand everyone has bad days and I didnt want a drama. I was recommended to ask this by the storage company who thought you would be upset to know my experience was so bad and happy to help out to make good. I wasnt expecting or seeking you making good on my over charges as a result of your errors. I was trying to just sort things out moving forward. When you stopped responding, didnt apologise and then tried to change the story on what happened to suit you, then lied about the conversation you had with the storage company, I got upset.
Morale of the story- do not use this company. I will now have to pay other more professional companies to help me move my stuff and hope to God to find the things they lost including incredibly sentimental items. The quote was 900, the impact of the additional costs to me are currently at the same again plus costs to now get it sorted and lost items, not to mention the distress.

From the initial conversation and quote to the removal and move in every thing was exceptional. Moving can be challenging , Gabriel and the team removed all the pain and were highly professional. Move in Matters aren’t the cheapest but the levels of service provided outweigh the costs. Absolutely recommended.

Move in Matters were so helpful from start to finish. Tobias and Virpi were very accommodating even when our date changed.
During moving day, the whole team were very efficient and courteous, they communicated well throughout the whole process and made a stressful time more bearable even with a toddler running around.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a house move.
