Great communication from start to finish. I spoke with Andy on the phone and explained my tight timescale for receiving the bike, and he really went above and beyond to make it happen. The bike arrived the very next day, and I even received a delivery update that same evening at 7:30. (After hours)

Huge thanks to Andy and the team for such excellent service. I’ll definitely be using them again for any transport needs!

Great service. There was an issue with late collection and Delivery from the supplier “Not Moves fault at all”. The guys at Move sorted and chased the issue for me, and They went out of there way to delivered the bike in there own time! so I would have the bike for the weekend. Thanks again Move for all your help

I was not consulted with over the delivery day or approx time. It's fortunate in this case that I wasn't already busy. The review was definitely promoted via a message.

The driver was brilliant. His communication was absolutely spot on.

Communication was excellent, I was informed when my bike was picked up and when it would be delivered.
Tony the driver rang in advance to check I would be in and arrived exactly when he said he would.
This is an excellent service and now I am aware of them would not hesitate to reccomend them.

Andy and his team at Move are the very best at this. Their professional approach and confidence inducing communications are great. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and it won’t be my last!

My motorcycle arrived properly secured in the vehicle. It was unloaded with the utmost care at all times and the driver walked it over to where he helped me park it securely. All the documents were together in a clear folder and I was given the two keys.

The driver was helpful, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise

Mike dropped my R1 off with a big smile, he is a biker himself and understood the excitement. Move sent me regular updates from when my bike was collecting to when it was delivered. All in all, excellent service from these guys!
