Great experience with a baby cot and mattress delivery. Got a phone call a few days prior to give me a heads up on the delivery date, and a text with specific time period for delivery the night before... See more
Great communication, clear timelines which were followed. Everything arrived in perfect conditions and were happily moved into the house with care. Couldn’t fault in any way.
We had a very expensive furniture delivered, assembled and placed inside . With rubbish taken away . The team was excellent, careful, fast, on-time and we are very happy with it

On time
On time, gentle, respectful and caring staff.
I highly recommend them.
Thank you so much move my stuff.
Broken goods, and washed genitals in my toilet water
Broke and damaged several items, were painfully slow (move took 9.5 hours with me helping) didn't stop the clock for their prayer times, and washed their genitals in my toilet water getting it all over the seat, toilet and walls. Refused my claims for damages because I was unable to unpack and identify the damages (for a 4 bedroom house as a single female) within 24 hours. Complaints department was a joke. Avoid like the plague they are.
Terrible experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Move My Stuff, moving our 2 bedroom apartment to a new property around the corner.
Would not recommend for any move that's not very basic and simple, ground floor with minimal items.
Although the men were polite and respectful, they were very inexperienced, and genuinely unable to complete the move without our significant intervention.
They were extremely slow in moving any of our heavy items, and we ended up having to move the majority of our furniture ourselves. What should have been (and previously was moving into the property) a 3 hour move, became a 6 hour move because they were so slow.
Multiple items were damaged, our fridge & air-conditioner dropped from the truck, tables, chairs, drawers damaged and scratched, we had to request them to use blankets on our soft furnishings (which they didn't) so all our couches are now dirty, and our mattress dumped on the ground outside.
They were unable to move multiple things into our new property, so we had to do it ourselves - including lifting a bed base over our low balcony, which they said they had never done before and didn't have the equipment to do so. This property was raised ground floor, and was a relatively easy process for 3 of us to complete, so should have been an easy option for professional removalists.
Beware looking for this as a cheaper option, as the service matches the lower cost, and ended up costing as much as some of the more premium services because they took so long. They made this an extremely stressful process.

This company in Staffordshire is the pits. We moved a year ago and still checking our property and finding items damaged or missing. Some we believe are stolen.
These people are absolute cowboys
These people are absolute cowboys, do not trust them if you have valuable items to move. They broke my expensive equipment costing me thousands and blamed it on how I packed the box even though several other boxes were packed the exact same way. There was no compensation even though that's what they promised to pay for any damages on the initial call. They changed the moving date several times on the day, they were 5 hours late each time, the communication was horrendous. Moving interstate was a breeze, using this company was horrendous, easily the worst decision I've made in a long time. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Terrible service
Waited 6hrs on day one for delivery and when they arrived, they refused to assemble as per contract. They promised to show up the next day. Waited from 3pm to 11pm the second day and up till now, no one has turned up. The delivery guys are nonchallant and more concerned about their works hours. Very appalling
The worst moving company ever.
The worst moving company ever.
False information at booking.
Non-professional staff and deliberately slow work to earn hours.
Rude and bad manners.
Non-complaint with their duty at all.
Everyone should contact Consumer Affairs Victoria to stop this horrible business.

Garry (initial quote provider) failed to properly assess the scope of my move and sent an under-resourced team that forced us to keep the move going for some 19 hours. Seeing the lack of manpower, the two of us helped with lifting and moving smaller items and lighter boxes, which then turned into large TVs (65 inch) and heavy modular couch pieces. This ultimately led to my husband severely injure his right hand fingers, which became crushed between a huge fridge/freezer and the wall, after he was explicitly asked to help out by the removalists. The understaffed team also left the moving job still unfinished after 19 hours. Be warned that removalists teams are NOT EMPLOYEES, instead, this company subcontracts out to other service providers, who also take zero responsibility. Not only is the company completely unapologetic about the poor service and incomplete job, they also accuse my husband of having self-inflicted the hand injury. To add further insult to injury, they also overcharged for the time that the removalists sat in the truck, debating with the company whether or not to impose a 'direct to subcontractor' staircase charge, which was never part of the quote. The company has refused to reimburse the medical costs (GP visit and MRI scan) for the hand injury. Legal action next.
Follow up comments to MoveMyStuff's response (17 Aug 2024): You did not ask for a list of items to moved until THE DAY BEFORE THE MOVE, by which time it was too late to allocate additional resources. We offered your 'professional team' 4 times in mid-late afternoon to come back and finish the move ANOTHER DAY. Your driver refused on each occasion. It was YOUR driver who insisted we finish the whole move in one go, resulting in 19 hour day for all of us. It was also YOUR driver who specifically asked for both myself and my husband to 'give them a hand' with the fridge. I have witness statements attesting the same. Your company is ENTIRELY responsible for the unprofessionalism shown by your subcontractors (who are so professional and ethical that they asked to be paid a hidden staircase surcharge directly, bypassing your company). Keep telling yourself these are false claims and see how far you go in court.
Broken Furniture - Not Recommended
We engaged Move My Stuff for our house removal on February 24th. Initially, their competitive pricing prompted us to proceed despite other options. During the move, we specifically highlighted a heavy and valuable marble table, offering to assist if needed. Unfortunately, the movers attempted to handle it alone and ended up breaking the table, as well as damaging two other pieces of furniture. It took them two months to offer compensation, which was less than 10% of the items' value.
Adding to the issue, they also damaged the ceiling while manoeuvring furniture upstairs, necessitating a $750 quote for repairs from a decorator. Even after providing evidence in our inventory report, Move My Stuff denies responsibility.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly, including numerous calls and emails since June, I have yet to receive a response. Furthermore, during the move, I often found the team distracted on their phones, which is unacceptable when you're working on the clock.
Overall, while their pricing may seem attractive initially, the subsequent damages have resulted in substantial repair costs. I highly recommend against using Move My Stuff.
Where do I start!
Where do I start. The removal crew have no respect for our personal property whatsoever. We had cardboard boxes that had been put down on a wet surface and the bottoms had fallen out. Plastic boxes so badly damaged that they are rendered useless. Some boxes even had soil in them. A brand new fridge freezer with dents and scratches on it. It hadn't been been covered. An expensive dining suite with scratches on the table top because it hadn't been covered. A sideboard with a piece of wood broken away. Two coffee makers broken beyond repair. Boxes with fragile tape on were miss handled. We have missing items. We are not even sure we have them. Even parts of our bed were missing. We had to purchase a inflatable bed to sleep on.The cardboard wardrobes we purchased from them were so badly damaged we had to throw them away. The crew were more concerned about getting back and just dumped our property anyhow. The language from two members of the crew was disgusting. Due to unforeseen circumstances our property had to go into storage for a week. Which we paid for. I questioned a female member of staff, will we have to pay for redelivery? Her answer was NO
because we had already paid. Now we are being pestered to pay. Our rating describes our unfortunate experience with this company. My advice to anyone looking for removals is go elsewhere. Wish we had.
Do not use this company at all
Do not use this company at all. Your items and property is going to be damaged. This company staff and driver is not at all genuine.
Don't use their services
Other than some items that were chipped with an answer from the driver, "That's normal when you are moving houses" (a lot of items and boxes were all dragged/moved upside down or on their side which caused those scratches), the table dining didn't arrive! When we rang the movers to ask about it, there was no answer, neither from the driver nor the office.
Strange enough, the office was receiving my calls very professionally before the moving day! From that day on, it became hard to get anyone over the phone.
The day after, the driver sent me a message that the table was broken! And that was it! Until today, 16 days later, I call every 2 days to get a different answer every time; either the subject is with the complaint department or they are asking the driver what he wants to do!
The 2 guys who moved the furniture were really polite and helpful though.
WARNING ⚠️
Didn't arrive on time
Turned up a day early to the new house, lucky we were there.
Damaged TV, (doesn't work anymore) BBQ, didn't use blankets and scratched our wooden table and coffee table.
A DIFFICULT MOVE MADE EASY ... Move my stuff are professional
Move my stuff are professional, polite and try to offer solutions to problems such as a sofa is too big to go through the door. They are efficient workers and really great. It was a hard move, alot of furniture etc and problems with fridgefreezer not fitting in. Very patient. Nathalie Bradley

We moved from Stafford to Stone. The two lads were brilliant, very polite and still had a smile on their faces even after moving our stuff up two flights of stairs. They are a credit to your company. Highly recommended, Thank you
TRASH MY STUFF would be a more accurate
TRASH MY STUFF would be a more appropriate description of this service. They:
- destroyed a bookshelf beyond repair
- damaged a coffee table leaving a massive gauge on the side
- smashed the gear shift on a bike
- rolled wet, dirty trolley wheels across cream carpet leaving marks
- smashed a plastic tub on the front steps of the old house, leaving us to notice and clean it up
The accepted no responsibility for the damage despite witness who can verify the items were in perfect order before the move, and the debris being left in the driveways of both old and new properties.
Furthermore, they arrived 1.5 hours late then with 30 minutes left to settlement advised not all items would fit in the truck leaving us to work out a solution. Had they arrived on time we would have had more time to address this.
Appalling, disgraceful, dishonest - avoid at all costs.
Not worth it
Pros
Our furniture was moved from point A to point B.
Cons
The two movers weren't communicating with each other well.
The lead mover was often on the phone instead of working. The second mover would not work when the lead mover was on the phone and would keep asking me to assist in lifting heavy items.
Do not assist! It will void any insurances! Good movers will come prepared with the necessary equipment and will not ask this of you.
They would often drag items along the ground instead of lifting.
The movers decided to take a break between the two locations without advising me in advance and expected to add this to the time.
At the second location they refused to take items upstairs. They made a token effort to take the double bed base upstairs before saying it couldn't be done and left it on the ground level. The townhouse is fairly new and built to modern building standards.
The company offers payment by card on the website and the confirming email but on the day the movers said the office is closed and insisted on cash or transfer to a private bank account. Do not do this!
Insist that they call head office and sort out their problems.
The company offered to take one hour off the bill to cover the breaks that the team took and to send a second team to move the bed base upstairs. I made multiple appointments with them for this but the team never showed up.
Do not take their promises on face value and insist that payment will be made in full once the job is 100% completed.
I've used them twice so far
I've used them twice so far, and they were great, quick, nothing broken and a fair price.
