They send my parcel right away when they receive payment. Express delivery but paid 30 euro.

Sent the wrong phone. The seller did not respond regarding the return, so the return had to be arranged independently. The return address was incorrect, the postal service returned the package, and additional return shipping fees were charged. The item was sent again. Tracking shows the seller received the phone, but no refund was issued and emails were ignored. The issue was resolved only after PayPal stepped in.

I would highly recommend Movertix to do business with. They provide good value with a smooth experience with no drama. The shipping was also extremely fast.

Second experience and again a fast delivery.
My payment was delayed due to a freeze of SEPA bank transfer at European level for more than 4 days, as a consequence my original Order was cancelled, but Customer Service was prompt to create a new equivalent order when receiving the payment. Excellent service.

I ordered my Phone in the Christmas Holiday period, delivery was quick and the phone was as ordered! From Spain to the Netherlands within 1.5 week with the holidays in between!! Easy to order!

Delivered the right product for an excellent price. Due to weather and Christmas holidays delivery took a little bit longer but that is fully understandable.

They never answer any mails, i send them several mails without any answer what so ever. I wouldn't advice them because of this reason.

I ordered my phone last week (New Year's eve) and paid by bank. Movertix came back to me within an hour to update me on the receiving of payment. The phone left the store as soon as was possible and even in these weather circumstances UPS delivered the phone 1 day earlier than the estimated delivery time. Although it seems weird to order a phone outside of my country..it really works!

Terrible, it would be better to write zero communication, I chose shipping within 48 hours, after a week I still have not received the parcel.

I bought a phone on December 25..... Today is January 4..... I still haven't received the phone. I bought a phone Xiaomi 15T Pro.....I live in the Netherlands.
My experience... if you need to get your purchase quickly... then I do not recommend this store.

This was my first order after thinking for some time to buy from here . Tablet was shipped in a few days however seal was broken . I wished they could have told me before

The same as with so many international electronic sales companies. Great to order with, dispatch satisfactory, delivery mostly on time, good product.
But if something goes wrong, you don't get support. It's ridiculous. I bought a phone less than 6 month ago.
Something is wrong with the usb port even after cleaning the cable doesn't connect properly. Raised it with their technical support on Dec 8th... no reply!!! Called the UK number after 8 minutes ' Sorry we can't answer your call at the moment!' so I left a voicemail.. still no answer... Sent the ticket to customer service on Dec 22nd, still nothing. I might have to go to the small claims court to get a repair, refund or replacement as this company is clearly not willing to help!

First addition: After my review was posted within hours I got a reply, telling me 2 things ('Contact the manufacturer' and 'It's the busiest time, so our support takes longer').. I reached out to the manufacture who advised me that it sounds like a physical fault to them. They can only offer me to repair it in countries where they have repair partners. Unfortunately non in Ireland. I went back to Movertix on January 1st... awaiting further replies.
The problem is my phone is still not charging correctly, which renders is more or less useless for my daily use. I raised the ticket almost 1 month ago (Dec 8th) and Movertix thinks it is okay to leave people without a properly working phone for such a long time. Please do think twice before you buy your phone....

Do not order from this website.Its a case of sounds to good to be true.

Initially they answered my email when I had a query about the phone but when the phone didn't arrive they blanked me despite sending 10 messages.

Luckily I was able to chargeback and get a refund but I still lost out on the price of shipping. But the process took 3 weeks, a nightmare

Go to Back market or refurbed - stay clear of this place at all costs.

I purchased 2 phones from MOVERTIX on the 6th of December both were xmas presents they arrived very quickly on the 10th of December but that's where the problem arose the courier left them on the doorstep in the lashing rain for roughly 5 hours before we noticed them they were completely wet through the package so contacted movertix and told them what had happened they replied quickly enough but on there reply priority was low so low that 9 days later there has been no contact made by them I won't know until Xmas day whether any water damage was caused to the phones but If so I will be bringing a case again them this review is just a heads up to everybody considering buying a phone from this company as there is no aftersales service

It was cheap. It was fast (only 1 week from order to delivery). Best decision for the Black Friday!
