I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB last Christmas, and it still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting for it for a year now. There's a lawsuit going on. The seller doesn't respond to my cell phone or email. Order number 100033264. I don't recommend buying anything from this seller. They're a scam. I found a bunch of reviews about them after this incident, but they're 100% scammers.

This company enforces a non-legally valid policy when it comes to returns or refused shipments. Firstly, their site states that you cannot return the item if you simply don't like it (which is of course nonsense). Secondly, the shipping and return costs are to be paid by the buyer, which is also not legally valid [under EU law].
My case:
I ordered the Pixel 10 Pro XL, but refused it at the door. Because I never took receipt of the package, the seller remains responsible. This means they are also liable for the return costs. Since everything is effectively rolled back to a non-agreement, the customer is entitled to all costs incurred, including shipping costs.
I informed them by email that I had refused the package at the door. Because I never received it, the seller should issue the credit immediately. They said this was not possible because, legally, the package first had to be received back by them. Again, nonsense. Additionally, after a lot of back and forth via email, they also mentioned that the return and shipping costs would be mine. They are operating with mismanagement and are not adhering to the law.

Based on common EU and Dutch consumer protection laws for distance selling (online purchases):
Right of Withdrawal ("Cooling-Off Period"): Consumers generally have a statutory right of at least 14 days (starting from the day the goods are physically received) to cancel an online purchase without providing a reason and return the product. The seller must be informed within this period.
Refusal of Delivery: If a consumer refuses a package at the door, it can often be treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal, as the goods were never accepted.
Refund Obligation: In the case of withdrawal (or refusal), the seller must refund the full purchase price, including the original outgoing shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving either the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back.
EDIT: what? You're doing it wrong for 22 years??!! I'm gonna have to report you.
The shipping cost are NEVER that of the consumer if they return the product. If the consumer refuse the package before it being delivered the return cost too are never for the consumer. You are failing miserable. The law is very clear about it.

Irresponsible company (in my opinion)
I'm writing to let you know, that it seems to me they are either/both irresponsible or/and scammers. I ordered Xiaomi Poco F7 Ultra 5G Dual SIM Yellow 512GB and 16GB RAM the 17th of October 2025. I payed before 12am the same day. At the moment (17:12, 20th of October 2025) I don't have any information of my order. I tried to ring and text them via mail but only I got auto answers. I'm still waiting for some reactions if it does not happen I have to make a request to bank and police as well.
These web-site exists since 2015. It is too strange. Also they ask to send money to bank account directly or via paypal. It should not be anymore, if it is a scam.
I will add some information If something changes.

So. I had got my tracknumber around 18:30 20.10 2025, and then I got my order in the morning 22.10.2025.
It was packed safe and it was the brand new unselead box with the device. Everything is working and it is great, but... I have changed the mark of my experience from 1 to 3 star because this company did not answer me by both e-mail or phone. They do not care about customers (in my opinion).
I hope the device will work fine and I will not need soome service, because I'm not sure that I will be able to contanct them.
