The Seal on the box was broken allready. Don’t Think it happend during transport. After installation there is problems with internet. It’s not 5G rather - 5 G.

First time buyer. Great prices and even better delivery. I couldn't believe that my phone came so quick. It would have taken longer, if I ordered it locally. Thanks! We'll "see" each other again, in the future.

Never buy there i Movertix!

Order #100034192, placed on 26/07.

I bought a phone from Movetix about a month ago but never received it. UPS did not send me any notification (neither SMS nor email), so the parcel was returned to Alicante. I had no possibility to pick it up.

The store never contacted me regarding the delivery or return. I opened 4 support cases on the store’s website, but none of them were answered. The phone numbers listed on their site do not work, and my emails also received no reply.

According to EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the customer actually receives the product. Since I never received the phone, I am entitled to a refund.

I would like to resolve this issue directly with the seller, but since they do not respond through any communication channel, communication is impossible.

Update after seller’s reply:
The seller confirms that the parcel was left at a UPS Access Point and later returned. This means I never received my phone (Order #100034192, Xiaomi 14T Pro 5G). I never got any SMS or email notification from UPS, so I had no chance to pick it up.

According to EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the customer actually receives the product. Since I never received it, I am entitled to a refund. This case is now under PayPal review.

Update (22 September 2025):
PayPal reviewed my case (filed on 13 August 2025) and decided in my favor. I have now received a full refund of 417,79 €. I am very grateful for PayPal Buyer Protection — they handled the case quickly and fairly.
👉 My recommendation: always pay with PayPal when ordering from Movertix or similar sellers, so you are protected if something goes wrong.

your order was placed on 26 Jul (Saturday) and shipped on the next business day 28 Jul (Monday). All the shipping information was sent by email and SMS to the client, to track the shipment of the order. On 29 Jul (Tuesday) it the order was Out For Delivery, although UPS was unable to deliver it, and as dropped on a UPS Acess Point, waiting for the client pickup. From 29 Jul until 06 Aug (over 8 days), after that it was sent back us, as normal. All the information was available and updated on UPS website, and through the information sent by us.
So it wasn't lack of notification from us or UPS, but lack of customer attention, in not following up on a purchase/shipment.

You promissed the same day dispatching

You promissed the same day dispatching, it was not the case with me, it took almost two full working days to get the delivery code. Given your premium shipping prices it could as well be the same day dispatching. Everything else was as expected.

I ordered a Galaxy S25+ from Movertix…

I ordered a Galaxy S25+ from Movertix and everything went perfectly. The phone arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described (EU model, sealed box). Communication was smooth throughout the process. I'm very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Highly recommended!

I should write "fast delivery," but I…

I should write "fast delivery," but I paid for it. Unfortunately, they sent me a defective phone, my mistake, I threw away the return ticket, but on the other hand, I'm glad because at least I have a phone. As I heard, people lost both their goods and money when buying from this company. I've been trying to communicate about the exchange/complaint for two weeks and no response. Don't buy anything from them!

VERY VERY BAD! 4 months waiting for money back. for money back

I ordered a phone on the 28/01/25 but my package was lost by UPS. Shipping company refunded €376.96 to Movertix. However Movertix did nor react to my over 30 emails, calls or online portal queries via: Commerical department, Customer Service or Technical Department. After message sent via "Europages" Movertix finally replied, they will refund the money. But they didn't, so I hired solicitor and started legal action. Movertix still ignored the emails. Finally after 4 months I managed to get the money back via PayPal. I have emailed once again Movertix giving them a chance to apologise, but guess what? No reply. I never experienced worst service when dealing with online purchase.
