So far my experience Mozillion has been fantastic, with a simple sim swap resulting in an improved signal after the change.

Having had a worsening signal with my previous supplier I've just switched across to Mozillion. The price is very fair and I first tried a 1 month SIM, finding the signal considerably better and the staff extremely polite and helpful.

I was updated during the porting stage and am opening a contract with them. Very impressed so far.

Early days yet. The purchase was easy, delivery was on time and access to my existing number was straightforward.
Ask me again in a month and I'll have a better idea.

Terrible. Sent me a phone which did not work. When they received it back, I was accused of sending them a fake phone and that they would contact the police. Tried to sort it all week but they are still accusing me. They are sending people fake phones when meant to be brand new. Customer services keep saying it’s the dispatch team I need to speak to but they are only contactable via email. Slow response times. Avoid this company I’ve cancelled this but they still want phone returned which already has been 😡😡😡😡😡

Update… they’ve replied to this review wanting the phone back. I’m tired trying to tell them I have returned the phone which they keep saying is fake. Have I to magic up another phone to send them??? Useless

They sent me a fake phone now accusing me of returning a fake phone. Quick to reply to this review but not to me on email. Someone in despatch should be investigated for fraud

Did exactly what it said on the tin. So far the service is good and I hope it remains that way.

An easy purchase of a new sim.
I waited for the sim to be delivered before porting over my number. The process was straightforward with plenty of help if I needed.
The package is great value compared to EE. They piggyback the EE network so I know what reception is like for the areas I use it in.
I'm very happy at present and will hopefully check them out and renew in 2 years time.

Good product and as new. Came with original box and packaging. Essentially I have a new phone but not at a new price. Good cold and quick delivery.

Good price with no sneaky mid contract price rises guaranteed. Phone and sim arrived on time and everything was as advertised.

Just into a fresh contract, so far no complaints, changeover was smooth and hassle free. Signal and 5G are also spot on. If all stays as is I wont be leaving 👍👍👍

2 Sims, that I have purchased with mozillion so far have been faultless, I know this is a carrier that piggybacks off of a major network (EE) but let me tell you the service is faultless, exactly the same as EE with the added benefit of EU roaming.

Everything about the process was slick, customer service was quick, and the deal offered was better than anything else out there. I also love the access to dashboard information relevant me. There's also add ons that you have access to but no pressure to take. This is my first experience of Mozillion and I'd highly recommend them!
