Always had a landline phone until now. Just bought my first mobile and didn't really know what I was doing LOL. Ordered a sim from Mozillion for the very few calls I make and it was delivered next day. So far no problems at all.

Really disappointed so far with my experience. Number Transfer was meant to take place before 18:30 today according to email. Has stopped working on my other SIM and can't make any calls on any number now. Customer service email is 1 working day. It's 8 pm and I am unable to use my phone on any SIM or network for calls.
