ordered a brand new samsung galaxy 26 ultra and wanted to use a pac code so i could keep my old number but was unable to use it as i'd already ordered the phone before i got the code and when i asked to ai bot to pass my to a customer service agent it told me the wait was a few days. needs better customer service, still awaiting the ordered phone and sim. will amend review when i receive my order...

Cheapest tariff I could find for a new iPhone 17 pro max and the customer service has been exceptional! It felt like I was calling a small office.
Also the tariff is automatically capped so I can’t get any unexpected charges.
The network is also very good it runs on EE.

Formal complaint - Service suspension of mobile number
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the sudden and abrupt suspension of my mobile services, which occurred on 16.06.2026. This abrupt suspension has caused severe disruption, anxiety, and safety risks due to three critical issues.
1- The overall safety and wellbeing of my children:
My children, aged 14 and 15, rely on being able to ring this number to reach me throughout the day with concerns, especially around the end of their school day for navigating how they get home or are cared for. With the line cut off, they have had no way to contact their parent, which presents a serious safety issue.
2- Caregiving responsibilities:
I am the primary carer for my elderly mother and my elderly in-laws all of whom have ongoing health issues and declared disabilities. As English is not their first language alongside their limited mobility, they rely heavily on this phone number to contact me in any emergencies, great or small. Due to the abrupt disabling of my line, they have had no way to reach me thus Mozillion putting vulnerable, elderly, disabled individuals at risk.
3- Banking verification:
I urgently need to use my phone to access my online bank accounts and complete vital and timely banking transactions. No doubt you will be aware of the intense safety verification processes the banks operate and as such my bank then sends vital verification messages and security codes to this specific number for verification prior to any banking with them. Due to the abrupt disconnecting of my phone line and no use of airtime, data or text messaging, I cannot complete essential and time specific financial transactions while my line has remained cut off.
Mozillion sent me an email on 15.06.2026 stating that my recent phone usage was in breach of their Fair Usage Policy and reminded me to be mindful of this going forward. In response to this, I wish to clarify that my usage is strictly person to person communication. I regularly make long duration phonecalls (sometimes exceeding one hour) to standard UK mobile numbers to stay in touch with friends/family and provide support, reassurance and assistance in my role as a carer and parent. I want to reiterate that I do not and have not used my device or plan for any commercial purposes, telemarketing or automated dialling.
Since my plan included unlimited standard UK calls, I was surprised to receive this warning. Whilst I understand and appreciate that long calls can sometimes trigger automated network flags, I would have appreciated Mozillion providing further clarity of this rather than acting in such an abrupt, ruthless and ultimately disgusting manner which was both highly unprofessional and completely disproportionate.
Given my status as a carer and a parent, I was and remain, a vulnerable customer experiencing an emergency situation which Mozillion has directly contributed in placing me in. This traumatic ordeal has caused me severe mental stress, anxiety and distress alongside placing me into a crisis situation. If Mozillion felt I was abusing my communication plan, I would much rather they had communicated directly with me seeking clarity or charging me for any extra out of tariff airtime costs. Instead, I was met with little to no empathy, compassion or resolve and told my services would resume as of 1st July; which meant Mozillion would continue to place me and keep me in a crisis situation for a further few weeks despite my explaining the above. When asked to be transferred to someone in a more senior position within the department to reach an amicable and timely resolve, your customer service team showed little to no interest and disconnected my call on several occasions. Given the experience and service I have received alongside the breakdown of trust and confidence in your services, Mozillion left me no alternative but to request my PAC code with immediate effect in order to restore my services and go elsewhere to seek these services without delay.
I request that Mozillion immediately review this case under your vulnerable customer guidelines, investigate the matter fully, offer me an apology and reimburse me in full the amount I have already parted to yourselves.
If this issue is not resolved swiftly through your internal Mozillion Complaints Procedure, I will escalate this case to the Communications Ombudsman.
Avoid and steer clear
Absurd company to deal with.
Was advised that I have high usage on my account in regards to phone calls.
Suspended my service without informing me. Total breach of their terms and conditions. No incoming calls allowed either. Was out of city and was stuck without access to banking, transportation and various other services.
Customer service have no empathy and ended the call as they could not provide any assistance.
You can only get a response between 9-5. And only form of contact is via email.
If they suspend you, they do not need to contact you for three months apparently.
Please steer clear of this company. Pay the extra and go with a reputable company.

Signal where I am at the moment is not quite as strong as before but I can live with that.
