They took ages to make my car mats.Everytime I contacted them I just got excuses.I would never use them again I expected the mats in 3 or 4 days not 3 weeks.Mats are very thin but look ok. I suppose this is what happens when you think you have got something at a decent price.

Waited and waited for the mat kept getting fobbed off can’t get in touch with anyone cancelled the order and got one elsewhere and lo snd behold they sent the mat I informed them I need to return but as usual no response would definitely not recommend this site

one of the car mats was faulty, i emailed customer service with the issue and Rishika was a great help. She helped to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently and sent me a replacement free of charge. I was very appreciative of this.

Awful company, no response from phone email or pointless AI bot

Mats have finally arrived taken 5 weeks , I believe they have had production issues and staffing problems. However there communication could be improved .
That said the mats are great and fit perfectly,

No order number or confirmation received via email and no delivery of purchase. Tried to contact but practically impossible, contact number on website does not work and no ‘customer service rep’ ever answers the phone quoted on their website, live chat does not have option to speak to live agent

I wanted to order a set of made-to-measure rubber mats to fit my(new to me) car. I find that generic mats tend to get tangled up with the pedals. Looking around online I thought that Mr. Car Mat's offerings presented the best value.

Have bought before and like last time the quality and fit is excellent. There was a problem with the order processing, but Rishika was great in sorting it out. Very happy.

FRAUD SITE AND FAKE REVIEWS

Ordered car mats been 11 days now and I can’t get through on the telephone number. Sent many emails and no positive reply’s only says wait. I don’t know why this company is behaving like this.

I am adding this review as I ordered car mats from here on 21/02 10th day today and still not been made I have chasing them every day 1 telephone number always goes to unavailable 2. Emails are going to some foreign place and just a sorry reply. 3 I spoke with someone once last week and he said he will check and cow straight back to me which he never did. Also I tiered of chasing them now I will just have to contract the bank if today the are not made. Thanks and I will further update on today’s news if there is any.

Placed an order for some basic mats. Paid. Received email confirmation. Nothing since. There is no contact number and the order number isn't accepted on the website tracking system. Scam - avoid at all costs. Reported to my bank as fraud.

Update.
22nd Jan order placed.
9th Feb I was emailed to say there was a technical problem hence me not being able to track my purchase.... Presume they saw this review! They asked me whether I still wanted the mats. I replied yes. Heard nothing back.
15th Feb - I chased and someone said they'd check. Nothing back.
19th Feb - I asked for a refund... no response.
24th Feb - mats turned up over a month after ordering.

I ordered Mini car mats and boot liner.
The car mats arrived ok but no boot liner and they could not supply one in the correct size and shape for my mini. So I got a refund.
The car mats had to live in the garage for two months due to their strong smell. I just put them in my relatively new car for 3 days and it now smells like I smoke 60 cigarettes a day. They will be thrown away.
Complete waste of money.I would not recommend.

Advertised a product they didn't have. Tool my money than tried to sell me something similar when I said I'd rather just have a refund that was ignored. I had no product posted out and had to go through my payment provider to secure a refund. Please avoid

They made me some bespoke mats for my Morgan Plus Four ( post 2020 model) and they fit very well and look wonderful.
They had me create templates for the mats as they were bespoke, but it all worked brilliantly.

I found the ordering process easy, but expected that once the reg was entered, the dimensions would be known. However, I was asked to select from a couple of templates and then had to go and measure the floor area. As I didn't want to risk incorrect measurements (for a present), I cancelled. It is fair to say that the company tried very hard to help and refunded in full quickly after I canceled. That strikes me as a company that appears trustworthy.
