Ordered rubber car mats, 4 weeks later still no delivery. Receipt received from PayPal and money was taken however no response from this company!

I also didn’t read the reviews before ordering- but I did receive car mats -but of poor quality.PayPal overpaid so I telephoned and emailed the company to explain this but received no response I eventually got the money back from PayPal.
Steer well clear of these people

Orderd mats, money taken. No order number recieved . They ignored calls and emails. This company trade under multiple names and appear online as a trustworthy company. They are not to be trusted. Fortunatly paypal are sending a refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!!<

Ordered car mats Nov 2023 have not received my order after numerous emails & phone stated they would get back to me a.s.a.p. ( What a joke ) go somewhere else if you need carpets for your vehicle

Sadly I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My experience is a reflection of all the other posts. Wrong product twice, poor response times, confusing emails, and after 2 months I still do not have the correct mats nor any indication when or if I will receive them or a refund. Very poor service..do not use this company.

Sent wrong mats took weeks to get them to start making an new set waited weeks again and 3nd set are wrong too. They hardly answer emails so ignorant now inhave been waiting 14 weeks YES 14 and still no money returned

Do not use. I ordered mats for a car that they have no resemblance to my car. I have had responses but sporadic and clearly want me to start doing template cut outs of my originals. To be honest if i had the time on my hands to that i might as well start making mats myself. I have asked for a returns label and this is where the communication stopped. i will right off the funds that i paid them so long as nobody else falls for there Tailored luxury carpet mats scenario. They are more like a cheap carpet that people offer to carpet your whole house for £150.00.
I hate being ripped off for quality, so please try your dealer as you might be surprised how much original mats are compared to other companies.

ordered tailored car mats to fit a range rover evoque, the word 'tailored' is a complete laugh! because they just send out anything that they can find regardless of fit or choice.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered. Mats received are not fit for purpose, have been left outside for 2 weeks but still smell so bad would be a health hazard to put in a car. Left on lawn for one day and killed the grass. Didn’t receive any fixings for the drivers mat, had to send photos and apparently they are now in the post, but that’s a week ago and still not received. Boot liner also not received, told delay, then I’d received it, I hadn’t and then it was the couriers fault. Eventually received 2 weeks late so request to return for refund, offered 20% refund which declined. Awaiting response, gone quiet and my account has been deleted from their online. Had email requesting review, surprisingly they are choosing not to display it on their website, I wonder why! Total cowboys avoid.

— UPDATE still waiting for my refund. Refused to give returns address so had to get the address from Companies House, not surprised that the postcode for the registered offices is incorrect on their website. Returned items to the business owner, have proof of receipt but still refusing to refund, therefore they have the goods and my money. Emails gone quiet again. DO NOT use this company

Wrong mats for my car then very unhelpful. Would never use again

Contrary to the worrying reviews - I have found the service to be very good. I ordered the mats and was able to use the vehicle registration to check I had the right ones.
Within two days I received an email with an estimated shipping date.
On the estimated shipping date I received confirmation of shipping complete with tracking details that worked by simply clicking a link.
The mats arrived the next day as expected.
They are of good quality and fit like gloves - about one third the price of original Honda mats (A Honda main dealer took 22k off me then delivered a car with no mats in it).
They are of good quality but not the same as the OEM ones - I never expected them to be.
The fittings are spot on - they are in exactly the right places and are the right width and depth for the CR-V locks to click in to place.
SO WHY NOT FIVE STARS? I think in fairness that it might have been made clearer at the point of ordering that it is 24 hours delivery from being ready rather than being from date of order. As it happens the turnaround from order to delivery was exactly one week and that included a Bank Holiday Monday which was very fair.
There is also some very old information on the website saying manufacture might be delayed "due to extreme weather condition". Mine were made in exactly the promised time - I think that old piece of text needs removing as it reflects badly on the business when there are no extreme weather conditions- I guess it is just very old and needs deleting.
I am about to order a set for my grandson's car as my experience was so good - I appreciate others may have had a different experience.

Wrong mats were sent. The quality of the mats is pretty poor too. A few emails back and forth but to no resolution. Proper thieves!

Made order and tried to contact them and no reply so filed a dispute. Only then I realised that they have really poor reviews . Hopefully get my money back without any issues and will never use again. Update : I received my refund off PayPal although it was a hassle as the company sent one item which was for the wrong vehicle and no car mats and tried to dispute the claim by proving delivery . The company email never ever responded to my emails . Hope they get closed down

Didn't fit, despite being 'tailor made'. Weeks of trying to resolve this during which 1 email received asking for photos and measurements. Duly provided but then no response, despite saying this would be resolved 'very quickly'. Awful. They don't have a Customer service department, the tactic is to frustrate you until you give up. Cow boys on the con. Avoid.

If I could give a minus rating I would and definitely take the word star out of the equation.
The biggest lesson I have learnt from this experience is that when buying anything online from a company I do not know is to check their reviews on Trustpilot.
As many have said on here already the express delivery is non existent and a complete waste of money.
Three weeks it took me to receive the most expensive car mats they do, the platinum costing over £100. The quality is definitely not over £100 worth.
I could go on and on but hopefully people will read this and the other negative reviews and give their hard earned money to a company that actually provide the service and quality that they advertise.
Interestingly Tailoredcarmats.com is obviously part of yourcarparts.co.uk which is the website the mats are ordered from which has a lot better reviews.
If it was only Tailoredcarmats.com the reviews would be independently poor given the rating on Trustpilot.
These would be instantly visible as well and I am sure many people, myself included would have never ordered in the first place.

After reading poor reviews I tried to cancel but eventually the carpets turned up and they were well made and more importantly fitted perfectly.

I ordered some mats for my husband and they did not fit his SLK (too big) and the piping around the edge was not a good finish,
The company are clearly not wanting to give me a refund as they will not give me a forwarding address!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Re my last review. I have just received my car mats. I had given up hope of ever receiving them .I emailed a person called Varshita on the team and despite many many many emails !!!!!!!! she promised me I would get them. They are here at last.The quality is good for the price , you get what you pay for.
and she has restored my faith in Tailormade carpets' so dont give up.Its taken nearly 2 mts but they are here at last.

I wish ide read these reviews before I ordered , I paid £5.99 for next day delivery and they turned up nearly 2 weeks later, they are really cheaply made and poor quality ,they will not refund me so I am currently going through PayPal trying to get a refund who dont seem in any rush to help me out.
