I really bad first time experience. Hidden postage cost. The money was taken from my account. I believed it was going to take 2 days to send so stayed in, then absolutely nothing has turned up and it now Monday. I ordered it last week...No email from mrcoolit apart from this one trustpilot sent for a review!!!

I'm unsure why there's been a delay with you receiving your item, as it was ordered on the 7th in the afternoon, and despatched on the 8th. Sadly, the first we knew about the issue was this 1-star review.
From when the order is placed, customers receive automated emails to confirm the order has been received, followed by a copy of the invoice, and finally a despatch note confirming the order is complete with a copy of the courier tracking number. Perhaps they've ended up in your spam/junk folder?
Regarding the 'hidden postage cost', a final total including any shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you commit to paying - we do not have any hidden additional costs.

Misleading visual representation
Rather disappointed that I did not receive cup, with lids, as visually represented, with the "Starter Pack", on your website.
Eventhough, the written description states what you will receive. Why not show the actual items that are shipped out.

Great service and great products
Great service and great products. The syrup is first class and one of the best tasting around. I have received loads of compliments from customers, especially the blue raspberry.
