I genuinely couldn’t recommend Design Floors more highly. I’ve been doing up my house solo and finally got around to replacing the flooring. I had initially seen the Facebook adverts and was impressed enough to go the showroom. So glad that I did! From the beginning Mike and Stuart gave me honest and practical advice. Their evident knowledge and professionalism helped me to choose a product far more suitable to my needs than my late night ‘Pinterest Excursions’ had suggested. I was given the chance to take the substantial example boards home and being able to see the different choices in situ and at different times of day was invaluable. I chose English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile. From that point on, through the booking in to the installation, the process was faultless. I even ended up with an earlier date at my convenience.
The installation team were just brilliant. An absolute pleasure to have in the house. I felt I was in completely safe and entirely competent hands. The pride they took in their workmanship was very obvious and because of them, I decided to book in a further job and have the same flooring laid throughout the house. They had taken the time to listen to my various ideas and gave solid impartial advice. Massive thank you to David, Allan, and Mike.
You won’t regret deciding to use Design Floors. If I had another house, I would be straight back to them. As an added bonus, the English Oak Luxury Vinyl Tile is such good quality, and having been laid with a skilled aesthetic eye, visitors think I have real wood flooring. My house has been completely transformed.

Great experience from start to finish the office staff were very knowledgable and helpful the fitters were very professional and did a great job maybe the coffee helped they turned up on time and actually finished the job a day early no mess and helped with lifting some heavy furniture back into the lounge I can’t recommend highly enough
Also the quote was better than any of the others I got

My mum recently had a new carpet fitted at her new flat. The service from Sue in the shop was second to none, gave great advice of the type of carpet to suit her walking aids, advice was just great. Speed of quotation, booking and general customer service was exceptional.
The fitting went without a hitch and my mum is so happy with her carpet. I highly highly recommend MRD Flooring.

Mike, Sue and the 3 excellent fitters that spent 2 full days with us were exceptional. Price was really good and they came up with solutions with different rooms and price points and helped narrow down options with colour due to age and style of house. The rooms are great and were fitted to a great standard. Transformed the house and will absolutely be using them again. Thanks once again.
