Fabulous watch, super quick delivery and great communication. It won’t be the last purchase!

Incredibly fast service for a weekend where the watch I purchased was 50% off and everyone who is anyone took the opportunity to buy, buy, buy. Ordered on a Saturday and made it to Hong Kong on Thursday. And, the only new watch I've ever worn where nearly everyone I encountered commented on it. My new daily wear b/c of its clean face and quick readability.

I ordered a watch from mjw and received it 2 weeks later without extra import fees (Greece). Unfortunately it was the wrong watch. As it was intended as a gift, I called them and explained that I need a replacement ASAP, otherwise this watch would be useless for me. They responded immediately and the watch was on my door the next afternoon, before I even send the wrong watch back.
The watch looks very cool, feels quality and so far works great.
Mistakes can and will always happen, but how we deal with them is what's important.

The watch is lovely and came in a beautiful box. It came really quickly through the mail. Arrived in time for my daughter's birthday.

Ordered a watch. Charge hit my card, they refused to ship even though the charge went through on my card. They are willing to refund me, just not ship. So I guess the business model is to capture interest on payments waiting to be refunded instead of shipping product. No one will actually take the time to explain it. The proper time to decline someone's business is before you have taken thier money not after.

Nope. Looks amazing but don’t do it. Mine took 8 weeks to arrive and the holes weren’t even punched correctly when it finally did arrive despite providing the measurement. Find a different band.
