Cool watchs

The watch is beautiful, it is definitively something fun, different and original. There are 2 things that on my personal opinion will make it perfect, one is the size, a little bit bigger will be the perfect size. The second one is to include a light, this watch is perfect to use during the day, you can enjoy it and show it around, but when it becomes dark, you can't see any of the elements, and you cannot longer enjoy anything from the watch. This watch is a conversation starter, so it will be nice to use it in any activity, not just daily activities.
I like it, I really like it, I just whish I could use it in more occasions.

Great build quality

One of my beloved older MJW watches needed a bit of TLC. The lovely team replaced the mechanism for less than the price of a fancy central London coffee, and posted it back to me. Perfect.

I’ve just received the watch and I’m already in love with it. The whole experience really feels one of a kind. From the design to the unboxing and how it feels on the wrist, everything just exceeded my expectations.
A big thank you to Mr Jones and the entire team. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into this, and it really shows the moment you see and wear the watch.
It’s more than just a watch to me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy having on my wrist. The delivery was also surprisingly fast, and the overall quality and customer experience have been excellent from start to finish.
I’m incredibly happy with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for something unique and full of character.

I am obsessed with my new watch, from the gorgeous art and supporting Artists, through to the quality of the finish and the uniqueness of the design.
The websites open detailing of process, impact and ethics made me feel like I was making a responsible purchase. Delivery was well packaged, and even though I’m in Australia I think it arrived within the week!

I have had 2 watches from MJW now. I love both of them. Very well made, totally unique and a good talking point. I have a few more on my wishlist, like the Khaosify, Monster Melter 3000, Continuum and The Ascendent. I'm just waiting for a % discount email :)

I've always believed that an MJ watch is more than just an extension of timekeeping, the story behind each piece is absolutely captivating. From the handcrafted, unique designs and personalized engravings to the incredibly efficient global delivery, even the watch box is something I can't get enough of every time it arrives.

I bought the 'Beam Me Up' watch a year ago and I’m very happy with my purchase. There are two things I’d like to mention:
First, the company’s aftersales service is incredible. My watch's minute disc stopped working when there were only 8 days left on the warranty. I emailed them, and they replied very quickly with the address and shipping instructions. As soon as I sent it, they reimbursed my shipping costs, even before the watch had reached them. They repaired it and sent it back very fast.
The only negative is that the dial is a bit difficult to read in certain light, which I think is due to the minute disc. I hope they can fix this issue in the future. Also, I’m currently thinking about buying an automatic watch from them as well. Thanks!

Excellent quick response and within the price quoted for the repair. Watch returned in good time with no quibbles at all . Great company. It would be lovely if all companies offered such fantastic customer after sale service .

Quick delivery, great company, quality product

I have the M1 and the perfectly useless afternoon (quartz). I’m delighted with both watches, particularly the M1 which I think is such an iconic and standalone design. However, the perfectly useless afternoon is great fun as well, surprisingly easy to read and beautifully made. This customer service from Mr Jones is absolutely first class, I love the fact they are assembling the watches in house and the designs are so varied and have great integrity behind them, an absolutely fantastic brand and I look forward to expanding my collection in the years to come.
