Great experience with these guys, very helpful and knowledgeable. Turf was delivered next day and was top quality.

Ordered 300m of turf to be delivered yesterday and was made up with the service I got from start to finish. Lady on the phone was so helpful working out the measurements for me and letting me know exactly what I needed. The deliver who delivered my goods was very friendly and gave me a call before deliver. Reasonable price and good service. Will be recommending to family and friends!

Absolutely shocking service! Ordered compost by cash on delivery. It never turned up. Rang to enquire and was told not to worry it would definitely turn up tomorrow and would I like to pay over the phone so as not to contact driver. Fair enough I thought, BIG MISTAKE. Guess what.....no delivery and they took my money and stopped answering my calls. Reported then to Trading Standards and had to go through credit card charge back for my refund. You have been warned!

DO NOT USE absolutely disgusting customer service, failed delivery after failed delivery, no phone call to say delivery would not be made, 3rd day it was promised and didn't arrive was told it was being loaded, didn't arrive, I rung again 3 days later to be told it would be with me later that day, no delivery then a refund to my bank, no phone call, no reason. DO NOT USE, I am surprised these cowboys are still in business.

Having ordered BEFORE reading reviews I did have a sleepless night before the anticipated delivery date when I read the most recent ones and when calling to confirm deliver ETA there was no response on the first 4 or 5 attempts, nor on email - a sweat starts on my brow. I found an alternative number on their sister website and spoke to a lady who had all my details to hand, chased the driver who proceeded to update me on a timeframe "be with you in 35 mins". She then called me back to update me too. I was sceptical given Runcorn to North Wales in that time but dead on 35 minutes later Ashley turned up with the turf. Very happy to chat while unloading and leaving a few extra rolls. The turf was top notch. I would say the customer service expectation and comms could be more refined but they sound like a family business trying to keep things going in a pandemic. Good experience in the end from me...hopefully some more positive reviews in the future.

Don’t waste your time if you are planning a job on a specific day or weekend. Their delivery service is shocking. Wasted a weekend with false promises. Felt sorry for the lady on the phone, she was really nice to be fair. Sort your courier out watmores!!!

Ordered product and was given a delivery date. For 4 consecutive days I was told 'sorry, it'll come tomorrow'. Finally, after several calls with no element of customer service, I was told 'sorry - I'll give you a refund'. No explanation offered. Complete waste of time

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Really disappointed with the customer service or lack thereof. I am owed a refund for next day delivery that came 5 days after ordering. After several emails and calls I have had no response. Seems this company doesn’t care about their customers once they have their money. Wish I had read the other reviews before using.

As per many other reviews service is not their strong point, They don't reply to emails at all. I suspect its a company living somewhat in the past. Initially had a delivery for Saturday, I rang mid afternoon to enquire to be told it wasnt coming due to the ground being frozen. No issue with that but they could have called to tell me. When the turf arrived it seemed fine. I had ordered the more expensive shademaster turf due to the nature of my garden. As I was 3 meters short I went to my local turf place to get some standard turf. I was surprised to find that they had supplied the Turf Watmore's had delivered and didn't do a 'shademaster' turf. I emailed Watmores to give them a chance to explain but unsurprisingly no reply. I would avoid this company in the future as dont really think they can be trusted

Absolutely fantastic services ordered 40 square meters on Tuesday delivered Wednesday morning, very pleasant delivery driver and was excellent quality turf. 👍

Great quality mushroom compost ordered 50 bag pallet.

Made order on 8/11/18 for 1000 litre pallet of manure; £109 taken out of my account next day. Assumed “Watmore’s” would contact me by March to arrange delivery. Tried unsuccessfully to email them last week, so used Premium Rate phoneline. The man who answered semed impatient and abrupt, and gave me an email address which I have emailed this week but without reply. (I paid for the order via Paypal, but discontinued this account some months ago, so I don’t know if it’s possible to get my money back, assuming that Watmore’s doesn’t deliver soon.)

FRAUD. SCAM COMPANY.

Unacceptable!! No delivery arrived on requested day after paying £169 for mushroom compost.
I am a past customer of Watmorestopsoil, and last year all orders delivered when they said. So thinking no issues until last weeks order! Now no delivery, and not even the curtsey to respond to my emails. And like many other reviewers on Trustpilot I am experiencing the same issues.
I paid by paypal and if there is no resolution this week, I will request paypal to intervene and refund my money.
Watmorestopsoil have now lost me as a customer due to the decline in service.
I have now opened a dispute case and requesting either product delivery, no excuses or a complete refund and will take my business else where.
