Following on from my review of 'How I wish... I still haven't had my money refunded and have had to pass it on to the our bank's Fraud Team.

Absolutely terrible service. My delivery was pushed back 5 times even though I paid for the next day delivery. Money was taken immediately. Delivery did not come and we're now 10 days on. Customer service on the phone is abysmal and they're extremely aggressive. Don't trust this company. I would never use them again.

Please avoid at all costs as this is the worst most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I wish I'd checked the reviews before placing an order with this company as it seems a recurring issue of appalling customer service.

Promised delivery Thursday, repeatedly told the delivery was on its way, unsurprisingly it didn't arrive. Friday we were told it would be with us first thing, then after chasing were told after lunch without fail, again didn't arrive, had to phone again to be told Saturday morning without fail. Phoned at 9am to be told it's being loaded and will be with us as soon as possible . No delivery and 30 phone calls later that have gone unanswered again no delivery. All numbers are either dead, say mailbox full or go to an automated message saying alll their operators are busy !

First time using this company, topsoil ordered Wednesday with a quick phone call and delivered, as promised, on Friday.
Very helpfull & pleasant delivery driver who offloaded exactly where I requested, with minimal fuss.
Soil looks like it is of good quality with no debris included so I'm pleased!
Good Service and price & I shall use again in future without question.

Terrible company with even worse customer service from no less than the company director himself!

We had ordered 10tons of mulch for a client and was promised a date in a weeks time when that date arrived the mulch did not! After many calls and other dates given and wasted dates on site we resulted in using another supplier.

4 weeks later no refund has been given after being told by Mark the director that computer systems are down (highly unlikely when your an online based company that you would put up with that for more than 30 minutes!
