I ordered a planted window box for shade with pretty ferns, ivy etc. It is just perfect. So lovingly done with good soil. I’m so short of time at the moment and this has made a huge difference. My other plants in the order are a good size, very fresh and In really generous pots. Brill delivery made a big difference, too. I would say more trowel than muddy…

Such a cool service. Our plants are looking great and the service with our designer at the beginning was perfect.

I needed a planting scheme for two bare beds. After a couple of detailed and very informative telephone conversations I opted for the £30 plan. Excellent advice and enough for me to design my own layout comfortably. I then purchased the 21 suggested plants (the plan cost of £30 is redeemable against purchase) which now form the beds' initial structure. Delivery was delayed by two days due to driver limitation and when plants arrived they were a tad dry however, the pre-delivery advice about 'immediate care on arrival' was perfect. All plants came in substantially strong paper sacks which could be carefully ripped vertically along the seam to water. Furthermore, the bags easily retained the water over night and allowed the plants to have a really good pre-planting drink. All plants were remarkably healthy and vigorous with some even carrying gorgeous blooms. Instantly the beds have been transformed and although there is clearly 1-2 years (and some...) of growth to come before things fill out proportionately, I am delighted by the immediate effect. In sum, excellent advice, perfect for what I needed, very good service and a first class product. Strongly recommend the team at Muddy Trowel.

My order arrived very promptly and was delivered by a very obliging man who carried the bags up my drive and put them in front of my garage door as I had requested. As I am no longer capable of that sort of thing myself I was delighted.
