STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANISATION,my experience is much the same as others ie:6 weeks waiting as comes from china directly.large parcel arrived in damaged packaging outside and in,light £392. Also the light didn't work when electrical connected.photos sent and faulty product reported but emails gone quiet.asked them to organise return.luckily paid on a credit card so they issued a section 75.

This company scams people! Do not buy from them!

I ordered the 3D Sand of Time Lamp from Mugba's Home Decor website. They sent me the wrong lamp and the quality of the product I received was cheaply made, despite the advert calling it a 'designer masterpiece'.

When we contacted the company they told us to post the item to China within three days to be considered for a refund. Despite follow-up emails, and unanswered calls from us, we never received the item we bought or any refund.

I ordered a lamp before Christmas.
The lamp they sent was the wrong one also cheap,
The lamp they send me was £ 20 cheap than the one I ordered.
I'm tired to sent emails to them .
No answer.
Tried o find a contact number.
Couldn't find any number.
I'm so upset with this company as they don't do the job properly.
And no away go get in tuch with them.

Ordered 2 lights (in stock) total £550. However, in the small print, they were in stock, but in China. 50 days to ship. Delivered broken and appaling quality. Asked for full refund and to return goods. 3 emails unanswered, no customer service telephone number. I had to threaten with legal action to get a refund. Lights found on Aliexpress (manufactures label on deliverybox) for £70 each. Buyer beware!

I brought a gift for a friend on mugba. After I ordered it I checked the reviews (pretty stupid yes) and saw so many negative. I panicked a bit and messaged the company to raise that I had not been aware that the item was coming from abroad, and I was worried that it might not come in time for the birthday. They messaged back immediately saying that the item had been returned due to mishandling and damage in one of the stops on the journey. They offered me a re-order or refund. Due to the negative reviews and the time it might take to arrive (so I couldn't guarentee it being there for the birthday), I asked for a refund. Again they responded very quickly, agreed the refund, and within 4 days it was back in my account. Just wanted to share this as I was so panicky when I first read all the reviews. Can't comment on the quality of items but the customer service was very good and the refund was very quick when needed so I feel less worried about them being a scam now. I would consider ordering from them in future.

I received a chandelier after waiting 8 weeks, no customer service support. Had to pay £66 duty. It arrived damaged so had to return it. They will not refund me the full amount and am still waiting, despite chasing them 10 times! No-one will reply. Do not touch this company. It states they are based in South harrow and have a fancy website but it's all a front for shoddy goods coming from China

The company make it impossible to return anything with the ridiculous demands they have. You can’t actually try to see what the order is like without switching it on, if you do, they won’t refund! Misleading descriptions. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

No information on delivery, I have been fed platitudes and received poor, inaccurate information and still I wait for my goods.

Mugba [Home Decor] have my money and it would seem I can do nothing about it apart from wait.

Ordered a halloween mask which has not arrived, they responded to my first email but radio silence since then. Still holding out for delivery tomorrow but hoping for the best but fearing the worst !!!!
Terrible customer service but I blame myself for buying off a social media advertisement (silly me).

ABSOLUTELY APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOUGHT A WALL CLOCK - TRYING TO RETURN UNOPENED. EMAILED 3 TIMES, MESSAGES MULTIPLE TIMES - BEING IGNORED COMPLETELY. ALTHOUGH CLOCK IS ONLY £39.99 - I WANT TO RETUN THIS AS I DON NEED IT - PLEASE REPLY TO MY RMAIL

I ordered a table lamp for £170 and all seemed fine when I got an email confirming that order has been dispatched with a tracking number. 10 days later I checked the tracking number and the courier said “tracking number doesn’t exist”

Email address is impossible to reply to. Also learnt that exact same product is £60 on Amazon.

Do what I did and contact your bank to cancel your card to stop them clearing out your account. The bank will reimburse you after 30 days with evidence that you have chased them (screenshots)

I wish i had read the reviews first, wrong item sent and no response to over 10 emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My item said it was delivered i contacted the customer services to find out it was delivered to the wrong address (not on my street,town or even the right county!!)

I only checked the reviews after having ordered (duh) and had resigned myself to having signed up for a scam. BUT NO, the goods came through as ordered and within 10 days from China. I was very pleasantly surprised, but in view of all the negative reviews am now scared to reorder, I’ll quit while I’m ahead.

MUGBA ARE A SCAM- they sent me a totally different product from the one I ordered online. It came in odd, DIY packaging with no returns information. It looks cheap and tacky. I've asked for a refund multiple times and they're ignoring me. I've lost 70GBP

Scam scam scam I was so looking forward getting my light and when I received the item it was not the same thing! Spent £60 and ended up with a light hat I could have got elsewhere for a tenner! Also ignored my email

I can’t believe that I was scammed. I really thought this was a legitimate company but it’s not, please don’t waste your money!!!

I ordered a power-bank on the 24th June, it hasn’t arrived as yet. Tracking number does not exist. It’s a scam!!!

They need to be shut down!

Do not buy from this company! It looks professional but isn't.
Two months after I ordered,I still have no packages,no tracking number even.
They won't reply to my emails,so I probably won't even get my money back. I wish I had read those other reviews before I ordered....

Do not buy from here. I ordered a christmas present. In plenty of time as per website stating allow 10 days for delivery. Despite chasing the good never arrived until well after chritmas. They are no not reply to my emails asking for a refund . They would not even comment when I asked about their inaccurate delivery times as stated on their website

Do not buy from this site, fraudsters send goods inconsistent with the information on the site, write that you can easily return the goods and do not even give a return address embarrassment
