I can’t understand how a company can get away with daylight robbery.

The customer service is non exsistance, furthermore they have removed all the contact numbers as they are running a scam.

Please people contact, HMRC, Trading standards, watch dog & any other governing bodies to get this place closed down.

I will loose all my money which I accept but this cowboy operation needs to close.

** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I ordered a product in November. It has not arrived and they do not respond to e-mails etc.
It appears to be a complete scam!!

Its been over a month now since i placed my order still have not received my item. They mailed me boxing day to say it was on way and now even though ive mailed a few times are no longer getting any correspondence from them. Ive now asked for refund but not getting my hopes up.would not recommend buying from this company. Received a card through letter box today saying they holding at local delivery office but need to pay £11.98 as incorrect postage has been paid. 16/1/19 picked my parcel up and paid fee as mugba says it was my responsibility to pay it. Got it home and it was minus a plug so i have had to go buy one. Never again will i buy of a company that isnt well known

I ordered a video doorbell from their website which took nearly a month to arrive as they are based in China which they fail to mention on the website.

When the doorbell did finally arrive there we no batteries included so I had to spend more money buying batteries. When it was up and running the quality was incredibly poor. It took around 30 seconds between someone pressing the doorbell and my phone being notified. Then it took around another 30 seconds for the picture to appear on my phone by which time they had given up and left.

Contacted Mugba to ask for return and refund procedure and got no reply at all. Contacted Paypal to get my money back and was advised I needed to return it and pay for return shipping, which I did. Funnily enough the return address was a Flat in London!!!!

Finally got my refund via Paypal with no help at all from Mugba and no response to any mails.

I would avoid this company at all costs fraudulent scammers

Ordered a drone over a month ago now, when I ordered it I was told 5-10 days to be delivered. It’s been over a month now and still no drone has arrived... Have emailed the company twice, no reply. So I searched for another way of contacting them via Facebook messenger asking where my order was, they read the message and ignored it! I would normally track my order like I do for every other item that I order, but it is apparently untraceable which sounds promising... not! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE !!! I am really worried that it is not going to ever arrive and I will never get my money back... go on amazon, they are far more trustworthy! I wouldn’t even give this site 1 star, but unfortunately that’s the lowest I’m allowed to give, -1 isn’t an option.

If I could I wouldn't give this company any stars. My son had to make do with a picture of his Christmas present. Ordered on12 December -still not here. Why would you want to use them at all?. Unfortunately I was in hurry and never checked out any reviews.

Company is very rude, didn't answer any of my questions and made it unclear that's delivery takes so long.
I would never order from this company again. Very poor customer service.

Frankly ,if you dont want to be disappointed ,stay away from this website. They give you the impression that the goods will be at your address within5-7 days.Then when you have bought it you get a confirmaton saying the goods will be in transit for 3-5 weeks. So when I looked it up on the tracking the goods are still in china.
I wonder if they will reply to my mails, some day

found the product on google, clicked on the product and was so happy with what i was seeing. 10-15 days delivery, not bad as i will still receive it before christmas as it is a gift.

11 days have passed and i haven't received one bit of correspondence. sent an email to the customer service email and they had no informaton except "your order is in transit" (which it has been since i ordered it on 06/12/2018).

i called their number to see what was going on and to get an estimated delivery date but the guy on the phone was utterly unhelpful. he had no additional information for my order except that its on a plane making its way over and i should be receiving my item in the next 11 WORKING DAYS (which doesnt include christmas eve/day) which means i will be receiving it in 2019!!

i asked to cancel my order and get a refund so i can buy something elsewhere but the guy on the phone said no and said i have to wait for the order to arrive, refuse it and then wait for a refund.

its ridiculous that they dont have any better way of helping customers when they know themselves that their delivery is so unreliable. GO TO AMAZON OR SOMETHING MORE TRUSTWORTHY!!

We received the hearing aids. Even the smallest attachments are too big for our ear canal. No paperwork came with them. I have been trying to find out how to return and b sure we r credited the money back. Every piece of correspondence I have from them says no longer exists.
I will give them credit for prompt delivery.

I’ve found the same as the other review . Delivery tracking not working and no reply to my emails . No sign of the charger I ordered - wonder if it will arrive for Christmas or at all .

I bought 8 items, which I thought was from one company...... Then i received shipping information from Australia, China, Japan, Korea! From different companies and couriers..But only 1 tracking number even workef....I thought I was buying from one company?...not different ones in every corner of the globe! And also its 15+ days for the shipping....? But ive now been waiting over 3 weeks.....

I just also received a message that I have to pay an extra £27 at customs for just one of the items I bought...! What a joke!

I would strongly recommend people not use this company, unless of course you want to spend the next 3-4 weeks tracking your items all around the world and then get stung for extra shipping costs!
