Absolutely shocked at the dress I have recently received which bears absolutely no resemblance to the picture on their website. Material states cotton/linen, but the one received is some sort of very cheap man made fibre. Printed pattern that should be embroidery. Not even the same shape as that shown on website and appallingly made. I have emailed them to ask for a return address for a refund as per instructions on the website, but not received a reply. They are obviously making it very difficult to return purchases. Want to report them the the Office of Fair Trading!

Please don't waste your money. The clothes you receive are nothing like the ones in the picture. There is no embroidery, even the cut of the dresses or tops is not the same as in the picture. This supplier should be banned from selling.

my very worst shopping experience! i ordered 4 dresses, think it came up on Instagram. it took forever to arrive (about 6 weeks!) and the quality is appalling! pure plastic. no instructions on how to return the goods. when you contact them, they are polite , but basically tell you to rather keep it because it is not worth the money and the effort as it has to be send to hong kong. the whole experience leaves a bad feeling . never again !

Please don't order anything from.this company. This is my first time writing review but i had to do it. The quality is bad. it will send you everything and if you want to return it I'll threaten you that if you want to return it you have to pay so much for the shipping... This is all scam ! I ordered 4 clothes and paid for it but I received 3!!!!

Careful, this is a fake shop and the 5 star reviews are false !

The clothes aren’t like pictures ! the dress i but is not the same as the picture, the cut is different, the fabric is not Cotton! It seems to be plastic! That's ridiculous! The dress looks plastic! I will report to instagram to remove the post ! Mumetaz it s trash!!!!

People who like this site and this clothes probably aren't real. With one exception, the items did not appear as pictured on the website (I ordered 4 items) and were poorly made (seams hanging out, transparent material) and with really poor quality synthetic fabric liable to give you a rash. Delivery took forever (over a month) and one of the items I ordered was not available so I was offered a credit or a refund - I asked for a refund and 3 weeks later still no money back. Prices seem cheap but are super expensive for the terrible quality and service you get in return.

Total Scam I ordered a dress when the dress arrived it looked NOTHING like the images on the website it is revolting cheap made in China do not buy from this website

Scam. Ordered something July 11th & it’s now August 27th & still nothing & no response

In now a day every one want to get the high quality products in low price so i think this is the best online shopping website from where you can get the low cost products but high quality of products. SCAM - read the 'community' feedback on their facebook page. They take your money, eventually when nothing arrives they'll tell you it's sold out then ask you to pick something else, 2 months later when you contact them they'll say that sold out too or your package got lost, pick something else - THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU - they are thieves they will take your money and you will get nothing

If there was a way to write this review without giving it one star, I would do that or perhaps a negative star. I put an order in on July 7th!! Today is August 18th. I have written to their customer service a few times. They said, "we are waiting for the items to arrive." I didn't understand it, what did they mean by waiting for items to arrive? Don't they have what they advertise? bizarre.
They are not a real company. Probably they sell on behalf of others. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I absolutely loved everything about Mumetaz! Though I went there looking for a dress that'd be perfect for a date night with my husband, I found myself engrossed in everything else that they offered too.

Not only did I buy a very sexy evening gown, but also bought shoes to go with it! I was impressed with their collections of intimates as well and will ordering those soon enough.

The website is easy to navigate and thinks about the visitor's convenience. While i wasn't expecting much from an online store, I was happily surprised with both the product and quality that i received.

The love for Bodycon dresses will come to life at Mumetaz. A website that has dedicated all its efforts on dressing up women in the most amazing way. From a wide range of choices in dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, lingerie and others it is really hard to pick one. The prices fall within the reach of everyone.

I originally ordered 2 dresses from Mumetaz at the beginning of July. After 2 weeks I sent them an email asking when they would be dispatched and was told that due to high demand, they couldn't give me a date. After another few days I received notification that one dress would be shipped. I cancelled the order for the second dress and was told I would be given a refund but as I had raised a complaint with PayPal, they would not be able to refund me before I closed the dispute. I closed it in good faith and based on their instruction which of course was a big mistake. The first dress arrived in late August and I have still not received a refund despite several promises that this would be done. I have therefore posted my honest review of them on Facebook and Trust Pilot, reported them as a scam company on Instagram and also reported them to ecommerce.gov.

I would definitely not recommend anyone placing an order with Mumetaz. It is most definitely a scam company and I should have of course read the reviews before I placed an order. The dress which eventually arrived 7 weeks after I ordered it was very flimsy and of poor quality.

Please don't waste your money. This scam company should be shut down.

Also, the email address for Mumetaz on PayPal to contact them for any questions or disputes does not exist. I have informed this to PayPal but as far as I know, they haven't done anything about it.

I placed an order 20 days ago, they took my payment and nothing ever arrived. I received an email saying the items I had ordered were in high demand and if I hadn't received my items within another 30 days to kindly let them know!!!

I plan to write an article about this company and expose them for what they really are.

Products available at the cheapest price. Even cheaper than what u get from other Online Shopping Sites!

The most important of this Website is that You have the option of writing & reading reviews. You also have the option of writing reviews about the seller as well as the Products. On all these Products, you can get a complete info about goods and bads of the seller and his products. You buy the product or not, You can still write a review.!

That's the superb thing which I have never seen from others Sites.

I ordered a jumpsuits that took weeks to arrive and when it did it was appalling quality and looked nothing like the image on the website. I messaged them days ago to return it but no response! This is a fraudelent company - AVOID!
