I have not received my dress which I ordered beginning of June. I have had no contact with the company explaining why.
I paid a lot of money & do not know what to do next.

Total scam

This is without a doubt a fraud company.
Do not buy from them and if you did go to your financial institutions and dispute/cancel the transaction. Too many people are walking away and this is how they make their money.

Paypal payers please do the same but under no circumstance do you close your case BEFORE you get your refund. Once closed it cannot be re-opened.

Unacceptable experience because because I waited for more than a month for the goods that never came to me.
I requested a refund that was refused and they took my money !!

Totally Fraudulent company! DO NOT USE THEM.

I find this company very fishing. As the quality of their products are pathetic as I have been thru their website. I am sure most of their customers are treating this as the worst one and a few (could be fake ones) find it a good one. I feel sorry for this.

Paid for two swimsuits cancelled order within two days no refund received this is a fraudulent website please don’t use. I have asked several times for a refund nothing is acknowledged

I've placed the order on May 5th and, they took my money and no dress delivered! I don't have a tracking no, I don't know if I will ever receive the goods! FRAUD!!! DO NOT ORDER!!

Very cute shop, amazing pin-up style dresses and other clothing - fantastic designs and selections. if you find well-designed and well-made clothes, you must shop Mumetaz .I haven't been so happy with my body and Mumetaz was able to select the perfect dress to make me feel like a star and also compliment my figure.Thank you Mumetaz .

This website is horrible. They got my money for 2 months and have not responded to any of the messages I have sent them about my order. This is absolutely not right. I still don’t have my money back and I dont know if I will ever get my delivery !!

My favorite store in online.I wondered how that would work. Amazingly the clothes are just as beautiful and crave-worthy, proving that a good eye and excellent taste prevail . They also sell super cool, sexy jewelry, candles, and bags. I scooped up a nice bag and a gorgeous jewelry.

Terrible company. They offer ‘expedited shipping 5-7 days’ and they have not even shipped my items after waiting 6 weeks.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Fraud!

I never received the dresses I ordered, and they do not respond to any mails... it’s been 2 months and I have not heard or received anything yet.

They are a fraudulent company. Charged my cc then emailed me saying they didn’t get payment. It’s been weeks and no info on shipping. They emailed saying to give them 30 more days because items are out of stock, but listed as in stock on their site. Their service email bounced back. I have disputed charge on my cc. AWFUL!!

I make my order on 17 may. Never received any confirmation or shipping details. Still haven’t received the swimsuit! Impossible to get in contact with the company. Nor by email nor by phone. Fake company!! Do not order from them!!!

Unfortunately despite all the good reviews about Mumetaz I have to say that I have received an appalling service. Had to return a dress bought online that was of very poor quality and did not match the picture advertised. Item returned by Royal Mail (tracked; as requested by customer services.
Requested a refund via their email address directly through their online website, no response. Several emails later over a two month period requesting a refund, still no response..!!

Basically I feel ripped off and not had the refund I am entitled too. I have recommended to friends and family to star clear of ordering anything from Mumetaz..

Bad service, bad custom services and in breach of their consumer laws / practices ..

Liked the style and unique pieces, Great customer service, great clothes, a variety of price points, great for gifts. There are tons of cute outfits and accessories that was very eye catching and very chic. I found and purchase tops and accessories that is right for me. Can't beat this place!

The dress is a little on the thin side but it fits perfectly and was not too short as i thought it would be i wore it to work and it was rather very flattering will be ordering again ...an overall good buy...Highly Recommend for this dress and fast delivered.

Absolutely love this dress

Loved this material and the drape of the fabric however they are not fitted. I did order a large. Large is what I always wear but I could have easily used a medium. It is lightweight and soft. Highly recommended and fast delivered .
