Murfin's Plumbing and Heating Ltd gave us excellent service from the initial arranging of the appointment to the engineer who serviced our appliances. We are very pleased and will ask them to visit the next time we need their assistance.

I was woken at 4.30 am on 22/6/22 by a very loud whining/buzzing noise coming from my pipes. It seemed to be worse when I ran cold water or flushed toilet. Plumber checked several possibilities and inspected the tanks in my attic. He found a faulty valve in the toilet and replaced this. He also measured my kitchen sink as I wanted a quote for replacing this. He was punctual, polite and helpful at all times. However I am still waiting for the quote re the kitchen sink. (Hence 4 stars not 5). It turned out the loud noises came from airlocks in the pipes, caused by a burst water main not too far away, but the plumber was not to know about this at the time!

Leaking radiator - soaked carpet and floorboards - phoned for emergency help at 9.40am: plumber arrived by 11.15am. Job done by 2.15pm - all safe so we could go on holiday the next day. Well done! Many thanks!

Even though they were a few minor problems Murfins were helpful and responsive in resolving everything. Whenever i needed to talk someone - there were always at the end of the phone.
